I have been a Suntrust customer for several years and have had many great experiences, but not at this branch. Went to deposit a check. Teller was quite rude and abrasive, and begrudgingly did her job. Once the check was deposited, I was hounded by the branch manager and teller to open a new account and that I should apply for a credit card. Upon declining these up sells, I was handed a paper on why my account might have a hold on it with a mumbled explanation that I needed to ask for clarification on. I will not go to that branch again.

Service at this location is never good.. Rarely no acknowledgement entering the building at all. I recently closed my account out, the banker was nice and helpful. As far as the teller that helped me, basically I'm pretty sure was accusing me of taking my husbands money. Ha. It's a joint account either party is aloud to go in and close the account! There should be no questions asked.

Consistently the worst Suntrust staff I've had to deal with. They might as well be machines because they never can help you with any issues. Ask the employees including the manger are useless. It's as if they forget we are their customers and they are not authoritarians. This is our money and you should actually want to help your clients instead of adhering to every policy designed to make our lives difficult in order to make Suntrust's ability to take your money easier.

I manage the GNC in the same parking lot so about once every three months I get caught in a bind and need change. I was told that because we don't bank with them I need to get change elsewhere. Because of that experience I will never Bank with SunTrust. I will also go out of my way to share my experience with others so they can also be aware of how SunTrust supports local businesses.

I've been with Suntrust for over a decade. I recently had to open to new business checkings account, and take out two loans. I've only ever experienced smiles, quality care, and timely solutions. Thanks to both Brenda and Maria (and the tellers!) for their smooth, operational abilities.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a bank. I cant give this branch a worst review. The staff they have hired from the branch manager to the tellers are the most awful negative people I have ever met. I have been doing business at this branch for over a year but the first time I ask for help getting a check deposited and funds available, Brenda Bagby tells me nothing is done electronically. The check has to physically go by pony express mail to the west coast bank and must first stop at the Federal Reserve. "The paper check" must be sent via mail. Her attitude was appalling. She is the best example of "NO Customer Service"
