Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t buy the warranty. Waste of money they don’t get back to you when you place a claim I placed a claim before the one year was over and apparently they have no record of it and now I have to do a claim with a second party that doesn’t even cover anything and has denied my claims because they don’t “cover it” I have only had an issue with my table that started chipping a few months after I bought it even though I don’t use it . Now I have to buy another table with my own money and am stuck with an ugly chipping table that’s not worth 50 bucks.

I really enjoyed chatting with Kat at the store today. She's very friendly and was very accommodating and open with all of her suggestions and totally no pressure sales. I wish more people were like her. Honestly I bought the couch because I liked her. The couch isn't exactly what I wanted, but it was close enough. Haha

You have great employees from the store level to the corporate level who helped me navigate my furniture purchase. They all went the extra mile to help me! Customer Service was awesome! I want to add that Gage and Issac who have done the deliveries on all that I have bought from Badcock are fantastic employees of your company. They have given great customer service every time with a smile ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought a $2000 couch and loveseat in May of 2020. All of the charging ports went out, so I filed a work order in February of 2021. I called multiple times, and got no assistance. Now, I’ve called corporate and they tell me there is nothing they can do because it’s past my one year. Even though I filed the work order within the year! This place is terrible. I will sleep and sit on the floor before I EVER purchase from Badcock again!

I have furnished my entire home from badcock furniture in Dalton love everything I have most of the time I deal with Dan he's very helpful very kind and polite thank you very much Dan all the employees are very nice and helpful I can't imagine anyone would give this place a bad rating it's the best I would give them 10 Stars thank you badcock furniture Dalton Georgia and all your staff thank you Michael Thomason

Don’t buy the protection, months later no one shows up to look at it, no call. We called they can’t send us a new item. Can’t give us our money back. What a scam

I paid $300 for a protection plan that they told me covered accidents in addition to defects. When I went to file a claim I found that there was no record of my protection plan even though I paid $300 and had the sales invoice showing it. I called the store who could not give me any information about the protection plan. They then told me that it's not a 3 year plan, it's a 2 year plan and coverage only starts after the 1 year warranty was up, so in the first year there is no accident protection. I told the lady at the store that I wanted the $300 taken off my balance because 1. there is no record of the protection plan, so what did I pay $300 for, 2. I wouldn't have bought it if I had been told the truth. I called corporate customer service and they told me the same thing. So I've fixed the damage myself, there is no record of a protection plan anywhere, but I was still charged $300.
