I purchased this 3 piece hydrating complexion kit and when I opened the box the product was wrapped in paper and there was hardly enough of the facial oil in the jar for one tube full. Complete waste of my money. I wouldn’t have bought it if it would have said “used” on it. Honestly this is just disgusting.

The employees are either all over you or they pretend you don’t exist….. I’ve not had great experiences getting them to help me choose foundation colors. Last time I went for the Two Faced powder foundation and the color the girl helped me choose was way off.

Great place for a man or woman, every fragrance you can imagine, and tons of makeup for women. Very nice friendly and helpful, this place is a definite must go to!!

A couple of the employees are extremely rude. If you’re not going to be nice to costumers, the what’s the point in working there. All you’re doing is making costumers not feel welcomed and they quite frankly won’t want to shop there anymore.

The lady at the register wasn't very friendly at all and I'd same the same thing about the manager. They told me they'd do 1 thing over the phone yet did completly opposite when I arrived in person. Theres other stores to shop at in Dalton ladies, have manners and a professionalism about your job at least.

I went in and was helped by both Bianca and Claudia. They were both very nice and professional. They helped recommend products for my skin and every time I had a question they were able to assist me in where things were located and was very knowledgeable. I can not give them enough praise! I was very impressed. You have a customer for life!

Clean and orderly store. Staff were helpful and easy to find. They were able to work with me to solve an order problem that clashed with their (thoughtful and good) policy. This was a pleasant visit despite my lack of experience with their products and policies, thanks in large part to their fantastic staff.

Want ever be back. I just spent 300 earlier this week and used to get all my supplies here. Was prepared to spend at least a hundred today, Until today I walked in for my appointment I was told I couldn't enter the building with out a mask.

Absolutely love the Ulta Salon. No one does my hair better than them! Stephanie did a full highlight and it turned out perfect. She even managed to curl my naturally super straight hair!! I won’t be settling for any other salons, and this is definitely my new go to!
