This is the SLOWEST BANK I've ever had to deal with and I have three different accounts at separate banks !!!!!! They do not acknowledge that you're even standing there waiting for the 20 to 30 min time to actually get waited on....AMAZING WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE TO ?!?!??????

Absolutely terrible! Could not talk to a real person. Put on hold for Infinity. Wells Fargo is a joke. I'm closing account and I've been banking there since it was First Union. Over 30 years. Not anymore. Says they are experiencing unusually high call volume. Probably people closing accounts.

I have been trying ALL day to get a live person on the phone. It keeps saying they are helping other customers and I could get someone to call me back in 45 minutes. Nobody has called me back yet and I have called 3 different locations. All I want to do is talk to a real person!
