AT&T Downtown Decatur is truly the best store. Led by Anna, the store is welcoming, everyone is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Anna is exceptional and was instrumental in a successful upgrade and new phone while saving money on my plan. Overall, great experience and would HIGHLY recommend visiting this location!

I've been coming to this location in downtown Decatur for more than a year. The customer service representative at this location, has always been professional, very knowledgeable, and just have a wonderful and pleasing personality. I will continue to visit this location, just because of the wonderful and warm hospitality

Came here with a list of things I needed, from transferring lines to personal account as well as buying a new phone. Ana took care of everything and was patient and kind throughout the process. I’ve been coming here for over a year and Ana has always been helpful. Thank you!

All the employees in this store is amazing, they are very open and honest about your purchasing choices. They don’t force you to do anything they allow u to choose on your own . I had the best experience with them . Thank you so much to Ana and her kind , and professional staff. I will never go to another ATT store :)

I was in the store to buy my device today and my experience with Ana the manager was amazing. My mom actually worked with her a year ago and she said her experience was wonderful. So I gave it a shot . And I am sooo happy I did. Even the customers in the store was impressed how kind and thorough she was multitasking . Thank you so much Ana

Buyer beware. You will be coerced into buying expensive accesories in order to get your phone in store (BTW this is not an ATT policy it is a store one). I needed the phone for a holiday gift, so I bit the bullet on that one. Then the phone we bought stopped working properly, because of an ATT software (not hardware) glitch. Noone at the store could fix it. When we wanted to switch it out (within the timeframe we were able to do it) store management did everything they could to hinder our ability to do it. The saga lasted days, ATT customer service reps (on the phone and online) were very surprised at the treatment we got, as were Apple reps. We got it fixed after days, but with NO help from this store.

I came in to this location looking to upgrade my phone via the Next Up program. I was told that in order to walk out of the store, I would be forced to pay $175, this is the tax on the new phone (expected, no problem there) but also $85 in accessories. The sales rep kept saying that the manager needed to be texted to even consider the possibility, and that it was highly unlikely, so they’d need to mail me the phone if I refused.We were also told that this manager oversaw “all the stores in the area”, so we would experience the same situation elsewhere (not the case, read below).The rep also tried to argue and upsell me on needing double the storage space on the new phone despite me repeatedly telling him that my data is backed up via cloud/hard drives and the “storage” amount he was seeing was not indicative of my daily use case.We obviously declined since even AT&T customer service said that it’s not compulsory to purchase accessories. Drove over to the N Druid Hills/Toco Hills location and walked out with a phone, great customer service experience, and zero issues within the <30 minutes we were there.If you’re looking to buy or upgrade, you will need to look elsewhere. This store is NOT the one to shop unless you like being required to purchase things you don’t need or want. Just awful.

Went here with the intention of switching my phone from my current provider to att, The rep Julian mentioned the walk out price for a 15pro max was $195 due to a mandatory accessory bundle. So honestly i blew it off im in sales as well i get it. So the rep had to do an analyst review which he did my identity was verified im good to go. So i then tell the rep like hey i know your in sales it is no such thing as a mandatory bundle. I do not have to purchase any accessories, he knew that so he called the manager Alyssa she probably was lying about her name but never the less. She was extremely rude and proceeds to tell me that its a STORE rule. Not a company mandate and proceeds to go back and forth with me because i was simply refusing to buy the accessories, then she cracks a joke saying that the rep had to call the fraud department on me. Which THEY DID NOT a analyst review is common for many customers as i have done plenty as a previous att employee myself. So i say all this to say she literally made her rep & her store miss a sale because she wanted to keep this lie about having to buy accessories in order to leave the store with your device if and if you do not they will ship you the phone. In no way shape or form is it ok for a manager to lie, or make an employee lie for sales gain. Especially when you 100% know that i myself or any other customer, is not required to purchase accessories in order to make a phone purchase. This is a COBC violation at its finest & since they are an authorized retailer I'm sure she probably don't even know what that is. Hopefully this comes across the desk of someone in charge because i am 100% sure i am not the first person to walk away from a transaction with them for this same reason completely unprofessional.
