I got my 2016 VW Jetta serviced by these guys a couple of weeks ago and I can say that my car is running very smooth. I needed wheel bearings and suspension changed all the way around and for the price I was quoted, the work was really good. Thank you to my COUSINS for the splendid work!

Excellent service i took my car to get looked at. I needed a few things done and they were able to take care of it same day they also were able to assist with financial assistance. Very pleasant and courteous to deal with even though it was alot of money to pay for repairs the atmosphere made it so much more pleasant to deal with like they truly cared about the work they were doing not to mention they checked on me and my car the next day. I would recommend anyone to go there for service all of your car care needs will be addressed professionally. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT 💯

took my car to Cousin’s Car Care located at 2474 Moreland Avenue, SE Atlanta, Georgia 30315, because it was shaking and the check engine light was on. After the diagnostic check, Ms. Sharrita Harden stated that I needed a tune-up and a thermostat. The total charges were $1247.41. According to the itemized statement, the breakdown of the parts and labor for the tune-up and thermostat was $1247.41. Ms. Sharrita Harden (Service Writer) stated that the technician, Gee, had installed the spark plugs and ignition coil (tune-up) on my car, for which I had paid $400.00 for the tune-up and diagnostic. After looking at the itemized statement, I realized Ms. Sharrita Harden had upcharge the price. She wanted to charge me $847.41 for a thermostat, which was too expensive. So, I left Cousin Auto Shop thinking my car had a tune-up and decided to take my car somewhere else for the thermostat. However, two months later, my car started shaking and the engine light came on again. I took my car to the dealership, and they said the car needed a tune-up (spark plugs and ignition coil pack). So, Ms. Sharrita Harden scammed me out of $400.00 because the work was never done on my car. When I called Cousin’s Car Care and spoke with Sharrita Harden, she played dumb, claiming that it was two months ago and she didn’t remember, but she would have her head of tech give me a call. I never received a call back. I advise you not to take your car to this place; it’s too expensive, and you will get scammed out of your hard-earned money. Oh, by the way, I DIDN’T NEED A THERMOSTAT AT ALL!”

As one of their neighbors, I was totally shock and disappointed how dishonest and high they were . For basic muffler repair, they charge me $350 . I definitely take my business some place else .

They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with! Going in, I knew that a had a very costly repair ahead of me. They very quickly got me in and diagnosed my problem. When they saw the cost, they felt bad. They didn't talk a bunch of mumbo jumbo. Honest and to the point, and did all they could to bring the cost down as much as possible and helped me figure out a way to pay for it, as my family is down to one car, so the repair was CRUCIAL. On top of that, they took care of MAJOR repairs the same day as promised! "Cousins" is the perfect name, because they treated me like family. I will not only gladly bring my car here for all my needs,but I will recommend them to anybody that needs car repair.
