New associate she was nervous and wasn’t comfortable with the register. She kept apologizing. The manager walked off and she had to keep going to get the manager for help. I will probably shop at the other location if I see her at the register again. I wasn’t pleased with my experience.

I took some shoes back today to exchange for a bigger size mind you the shoes had not been worn just tried on the clerks there immediately began to suggest they had been worn they did not want to exchange them but they did this is the second time I have encountered this at this company the first time was years ago at their Walmart location I had to call the district manager to get the shoes exchanged I understand their policy but I was within the 30 day return policy and I also had my receipt needless to say I will not be shopping here any more because the clerks there made it seem like I was committing a criminal act so please be aware of this company’s practices

ok trucker if you have to make a delivery to hibbett sports, the actual store is inside the mall and the delivery entrance is at the back of the mall beside goodwill, they don't have a ramp are dock just a door.
