The worst packing/loading experience in my 6 moves in the last 11 years. The team that packed us were zero stars. The driver on the loading end was zero stars. Our load left unsecured. They came without enough boxes or paper. The ONLY redeeming point in this move was the delivery driver/team. They were 5 stars. Be careful before booking with this company. Look closely at the business you are subbed to, if you are able to figure that out in advance. Birmingham is not recommended, in my opinion.

Ababacar, Darell, and Willy Who unloaded us were exceptional. They were kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Ababacar had a great crew on both ends of the move. David Smith who came and gave us a quote was also exceptional as was the communications with Coleman Allied. I would highly recommend this moving company.

We used this company to move from Texas to Georgia. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! We have had so many difficulties and delays, this is the most stressful moving process dealing with Allied Coleman. We also have a lot of experince moving, we have moved 4 times in just the past 5 years, including cross country moves that we completed ourselves with loading and unloaded and uhauls from New York to Texas, we had no issues and no broken items when we moved ourselves. Allied Coleman expects all payment upfront, they loaded our house as the contract stated, but that is the only time they completed their end of the agreement. They took all of our items to a warehouse and they were supposed to deliver it within a few days to a week at the absolute latest. Instead they switched drivers several times and then off-loaded our entire home into the warehouse! They broke many items including book shelves, our TV that was in a professional TV box, our generator, many of our heavy duty expensive totes that we purchased from Home Depot. They are unusable now with the tops destroyed from how they packed them in the truck. They lost our batteries to our electric mower, and parts to our floor wet vac, our 3rd row seat to our SUV, along with other bins and boxes when they offloaded. This was never mentioned to us that they would move our items into a warehouse. This caused so much damage to our items since we were not notified and had no way to oversee anything. Then came all the delays, they would promise the truck to be delivered on a new date each day. Then would just change it again. Meanwhile we have 4 children and we are living in an empty home that we had to go buy air matresses and chairs, basic furniture since we were without everything we owned for 2 weeks, we had nothing for our kitchen either, we were having to eat out, which is very expensive with a family of 6. My husband had to take more time off of work and use up his vacation time to help find and purchase items for us to live until this company finally decided to deliver our items. All of these extra expenses were unexpected and burden for us due to this companies poor planning and not following through with their contract. When our items did finally arrive, they were later than they told us and it took almost 3 times as long for them to unload our items. They were making us complete the checklist as items came off to compare to the original list, but 40% of our items didn't even have tags, so it was impossible to keep track of what they brought and what was missing. We had to help unload and put items away because it was taking so long. They started at 945am, an hour and a 45 mins later than they said agreed to and they didn't finish until 630pm, only because my husband and I along with our 4 children were helping. That's when we started to see how much was broken and damaged. Boxes were destroyed, heavy duty totes were cracked, 2 book shelves were severely damaged and unusable, they tipped the dressers up on their sides during the move and all of the drawers had to be individually re-alinged and fix which was incredibly time consuming. It wasn't until later that we would start to see all the items that were missing. Again, my husband had to take time off of work, using his vacation time to call, email, message this company, repeatedly before he would have any reply or response to find out where our missing items were. Some they were able to locate and delivery to us, but again we had to take time off of work to be able to receive the items. We have had no compensation for this company for all the missed work, broke items, stress and cost to replace all the items they broke. We have been living out of boxes for over a month now, just waiting for them to compensate us for our items they damaged. My husband contacts them every day and is getting minimal to no response. I cannot reiterate enough, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy stress, delays, changes in plans, broken and missing items, and no compensation.

We recently moved from Bracey, VA to Williamson, GA, and the experience with Carlos and his team was excellent from start to finish. Carlos, the driver, was outstanding—professional, organized, and clearly experienced. He managed the team well and made sure every part of the move was handled carefully.
Junior stood out as well. He brought a positive attitude and worked nonstop to keep things moving efficiently. Both he and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition and was placed exactly where we needed it.
The rest of the crew was also reliable, respectful, and efficient. They worked well together, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend Carlos, Junior, and the entire team.

Moving across country was smooth and easy with Coleman Allied. Would hire them again. As with any move, there were some small hiccups, but nothing major and all our things were delivered and the time and place as expected and in perfect condition. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful.

Reggie and his crew from Go Gettaz Transport flawlessly moved my family (13,000lbs) from Dahlonega, GA to Erwin, NC. Nothing broke, he worked around my timeline and was extremely upfront with the entire moving process. I would recommend him to anyone, including my own family.
