Everyone in this agency is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in answering questions I might have regarding my policies. From the time they pick up the phone till the time we hang up, it’s always a very enjoyable experience! My husband and I have been using Lee Miller State Farm for over 10 years now they are always so quick to help us and answer any questions that we might have. I cannot recommend them enough they go above and beyond what is asked of them to do and I appreciate having someone to call And know that I can trust with something as important as the insurance for my house and cars. We have had a State Farm policy since 1997. Lee Millers office took our policy over after our previous agent retired. I love that you always get a person on the phone - not just automated, when you call their office and they are always willing to help. The staff are very communicative and you don’t feel like a just a number with them. Lee Miller’s office is amazing and deserves more than a 5 star review!
