Some of the snootiest people work there. Most of the time it's an unfriendly, toxic environment, like they are the ones being inconvenienced. They didn't rerun my wife's meds so insurance would cover and I just paid full amount to get out of there because of the attitude.If it was for me I wouldn't go there.

Only reason im leaving a 3 instead of 1 is because of Elizabeth being so sweet. My meds are on auto refill with 4 remaining,and ive never had a problem at limestone location. They would just send me a text saying it was ready,and all was good. This time i get a message saying "action needed" and i had to respond saying i wanted the medication?? Never had to do that before. Later i get another text saying it will be ready on Monday even though i take this medication once per week on Sunday and very important i dont get it off schedule. I went today and they didn't have the medication and was told it was just ordered the day before,and to come back tomorrow.with gas being so cheap its not a problem right?Elizabeth is so sweet and pleasant i hope they take care of her,because they need someone to take up their carelessness. Without her i honestly would probably call it quits for kroger.

If I could give them 0, I would. I filled here because of how close my house is. However, it’s never been a great experience. Their staff is completely rude. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, moving here during Covid and understaffing issues. Unfortunately, they are truly that terrible. They received my prescription on Monday. I always give them a day or so to fill because I tried to understand their circumstances. It is now Friday and not one person called to tell me or notify me it was backordered. Spoke with their “manager” today, I now understand why and how they are absolutely worthless.

Considering how understaffed most companies are with Covid/finding qualified employees, this Pharmacy continues to work overtime for the community. Every time I visit this Pharmacy you see employees working hard with a smile on there face, while dealing with a lot of Karen’s. Thank you for your hard work!

Rude, incompetent employees in the pharmacy. Don’t plan for online orders or prescriptions to be ready on time or for them to care. Do plan on being overcharged and having to spend time on the phone to get a refund instead of store credit and to have your insurance or Good RX run incorrectly. They are gouging and ripping people off at every turn they can.

Absolutely horrid pharmacy. No one does their job they are all so lazy and slow. Prescriptions are never filled in time. Literally takes days to get one filled. They all need to be fired.

Tried to pick up a prescription today just now and the dude was VERY RUDE. I’ve had a few encounters with him before, but today was it. I’m done. He told me I rushed my prescription, when I did NOT. My prescription said it would be ready by 5:30. It ended up being ready by 7:15pm. Which I had no problem with at all. I had a coupon and it wasn’t working, and he told me it was because “I rushed my prescription” and that I needed to call and complain. I don’t know how I rushed my prescription when I was notified it would BE READY BY 5:30pm. If it was being rushed it wouldn’t of said it would be ready by 5:30 pm. And this is NOT the first time he has given me attitude. All the other works are nice, except him. And I’ve had a few friends who also get prescriptions here tell me they have had problems with him. Something needs to be done. He has the WORST attitude.

Drive through and inside counter are both very slow to help customers. Wait times are very high each visit. Rarely here less than 20 minutes. Prescriptions are rarely filled within claimed times as well.

I will usually highly recommend the Thompson Bridge Kroger atore, not today. I arrived at 6 pm to pick up my curve side pick up and was informed it will be delayed by 10 minutes. It is 6:40 and I am still waiting in the parking lot for my order to be ready.

This morning it was very early and rainy outside and Quay (I think was his name) was our cahier and he was ABSOLUTELY, a ray of sunshine, on this rainy morning. He was so polite and engaged in conversation with not only me but my children also. He made our morning 100% better. Thank you Quay!
