Bought chicken in Greece was old in the fryer which made the chicken taste not good at all! We love to get Parker's a good review I understand the man's really on top of it trying to keep his place clean keep his restrooms clean well somebody needs to stay on top of the friars Make sure they're fryer for the fries and chicken and everything else the oil stays change on a regular basis You can taste the chicken and if it's got oil in it then you need to change oil. That's my friend just mentioned she bought pork chops for me that day and the pork chops was really bad and I had been wanting pork chops for 3 4 5 years

13 Aug ‘25 5:30 pm. Girl at checkout on the phone the entire time. When I checked out I said thank you have a good night and she kept right on talking on the phone. Unfriendly. Didn’t speak to me, didn’t offer a receipt. Another thing about this store is every single time I visit I buy the exact same item and every single time it’s a different price. At least they have what I want.

I don't think you guys are paying your employees enough because she shut the store down a little after 9:30 and completely has left the building doors are locked but no one is here and it's going on 11:20.

Trent Jackson was Amazing Awesome and Fabulous all at the same time. I was only inside the store for a few minutes but he made my day!!! Very mannerable with smile out of this world. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

I called to verify that the store was open. My husband and I was in search of gas and we had the little ones in the car. Finally a male vc answered and ask was the store open, he sighed and hung up in my face. It took everything in us not to go up to that store because that was rude as hell. I need someone from the home office to contact me asap. I do have the call recorded, as I record all of my calls. This took place at about 7:25 pm on September 27, 2024. Whoever this is is representing your company poorly. I can only imagine how many other families that he did this to.

I am 66-year-old female. I always make a point to shop local. I. went to buy several things and cigarettes. I only had my paper from the DMV because I haven’t received my license yet and they refused to sell me cigarettes.The manager was not manager was not cordial

Went and got gas ,but had to use the restroom when I went inside one stall was flooded with tissue all on the floor , but when I went to use the other stall I was told it was a employee only bathroom which is illegal because it's a public restroom

I love the Red Eye coffee - it's always fresh because it's brewed as ordered. The staff at both Crossgate and Augusta Avenue locations are helpful. Crossgate is way busier in the mornings but offers fresh- cooked breakfasts and lunches and a myriad of cold selections as well.

This is the worst parkers in 100 miles. Like to wash your hands after using the restroom or before eating? Screw you, they haven't put soap in the men's room in years.

Will not go back the lady named Stacy was rude did not offer to help took almost 10 min to make a sandwich. Then she was rude to my son he did not realize the slushy machine was out. She has rude customer service she the reason I see why yall went to self checkout will not come back to this parkers

This company serves burnt food in several locations so it’s a hit or miss. The food taste like the pan and the employees are very rude. A cashier name. Michelle is one of them.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this location. I have never had a bad experience here. I by chicken tenders often and they are great. Better than KFC, better than popeyes. Etc. I do think their gas prices are a little high, because the gas stat just down the street is at least 10 cents cheaper. But the employees and the food is great. I must say though, the first time I ate at parkers was in claxton when they first opened the store there. They had great mac and cheese and an awesome chicken bacon ranch casserole. Sadly, after the store was established, they changed the recipe for the Mac and cheese, and it was not so good. They also dropped their chicken bacon ranch casserole, so I didn't visit them as often. I guess parkers was trying to cut back on expenses. Too bad, because they did lose customers. I can get a better flavor from a boxed Mac and cheese, although I would never eat something that awful. Just saying parkers.
