Nice store and the gentleman today was very helpful. Unfortunately when I asked for armor all for making a tire shine on my rental cars I wound up getting a wheel and tire cleaner instead. Bad recommendation. I’m spraying it and all it’s doing is dissolving and I don’t have a water source where I am at the airport waiting for my customer. So now I have sloppy looking wheels, even though I was trying my best to impress my customer, This is what I get, unfortunately for not paying attention to the label and explaining what I was looking for to someone who really wasn’t paying attention.

I went in another advance auto on Tara blvd and they were no help! I called this store and it took Will 1 minute to do a return and didn’t give me a hard time about it. I really appreciate your help and any further car problems I will look no further than for Will at this store. Thank you again !

WOW, “customer service goes a long way”- Michael B.
This store understands the value of service. I needed to exchange a battery and 2 stores denied me from the exchange even with a receipt. One even said I need to drive back to the original store that was 45 minutes away. Thank You Michael for understanding and willing to help God Bless you all!

The lady Canceled my order lied about it and had me drive to another store to find out they had my money tied up for two days causing me to pay for the part twice unnecessarily

Reggie is a excellent worker with great expertise, he help me out so much, I was in & out in less than 5 minutes, if you come to this Advance Auto please ask for Reggie & you will leave more than satisfied!!!!

Excellent experience.
Had an issue with the car failing to start. Figured it was the battery or alternator. The staff tested the battery for free and determined it was dead. Bought a new one right there, and they even provided me the tools to install it myself right on site.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

After walking into the store and receiving a 'welcome in' from a person I could not see. I stood there for quite a few minutes. I was NEVER OFFERED assistance from this invisible person, as I stood patiently. He never appeared. So I decided to leave. Oddly, as I was leaving. I was told have a great evening. Shaking my head! JUST WHY?

Walked in with dirty boots and employee ran his mouth. I was trying to get a part to repair a tractor but told him he can keep it. Very unprofessional that’s what a mop is for lazy
