Theae guys are professionals. I went to them with needing help with adding aftermarket high-end audio to a 2025 Tundra. They delivered in a big way. Looks stock, but it is a tuned, high-end system that creates a realistic sound stage like you are sitting in the front row seating at a live venue. Thanks for all of yalls help.

My screen burst on my car radio! I took it to Area 41! I told them I was going out of town in a few days! Sure would like to have my console before the trip! Chris went beyond the call! He met a guy from the warehouse after work to pick up the part I needed! I went in the next day and they repaired by radio! I was waiting in the wait area when another guy came in thinking he was going to have to get his whole system replaced! They came to tell him it was only a lose wire! Which definitely cost less than a whole system! These people here are truly professionals! And very honest! And their prices are so reasonable! I wanted everyone looking for a car system to check this place out! You will be glad you did! Very pleased!

Area 41 is great! Professional, helpful, fair and affordable. I took my car to them because my 2018 remote starter stopped working. They diagnosed and replaced it, and talked through every step. I will absolutely go back for anything else I need!

True experts, no need to look further. Fairly priced, and man does my car sound incredible now. To figure out how best to help me, they spent a lot of time with me discussing what I was looking for and what I listen to. I listen to a wide variety and was looking for purely a focus on clarity, and they went above and beyond to deliver. Highly, highly recommend. Audio quality is forever ruined for me. ?

I made the mistake of taking my car to Area 41. I brought it to them to have a front & rear dashcam wired and a radar detector wired.
Area 41 was unable to correctly wire both after 3+ attempts and I ended up having to fix it myself.
Originally, the front to rear cable that was brand new I provided didn't work and they charged me $60+ to re-do it. (keep in mind that was "half off") Shouldn't they test that before installing it?
The work was about $180 and I had to spend time fixing their mistakes to make the hardwiring work. The main issue was that both the radar detector and the dashcam wouldn't turn off when the ignition was off and they claimed it was a "new car" and it didn't work like that. It drained my battery overnight and Area 41 told me to just leave it. They weren't particularly eager to fix the problem and just wanted me out of there.
I fixed the problem myself in 5 minutes with 1 Google search and my limited knowledge so now both devices turn on and off with the ignition. If everyone there is that incompetent that they can't wire a dashcam and radar detector but I can with no background in that field, I wouldn't trust Area 41 with any vehicle.
Area 41 told me they wire all of their cars like that. I hate to think who else they've screwed over. I'd like a refund for at least some of the incorrect work they did.

I find fit difficult to believe this business is still open with the level of customer service provide to me. They sent me out the door having to go to the dealership to repair a problem created by this shop! I had a backup camera installed, new speakers, sound proofing, and new carpet. They removed a plug and the USB charger port from the center console and left two ugly holes. When I picked up the car the backup camera didn't even work. I had to ask them to make it work before I left the shop. At that time I also noticed the two holes and ask them to replace the plug cover and the USB port Jack which they DID NOT accomplish. I scheduled a return service to then installed soundproofing and new carpet. When I brought the vehicle back to them, they still did not re-install the USB port cover! Also, a paid to instal sound proofing. They neglected the entire cargo area so the sound is still very loud. I will need to take my car to another company to get the job completed! And can you believe that when I ask them to correct the defect, the representative told me "you can go to the dealership to buy the part because they no longer had the part"! I gave them three opportunities to correct the issue s that THEY created and they still gave me some b.s. excuse why they did shod work that required someone else to repair! Between two vehicles, I have spent over $6,000 with this shop in less than 6 months. Too bad for them they will get no more business from me. My boat speakers and stereo and my BMW will go somewhere else...ANY place except Area 41!

Unfortunately, I am unable to give a glowing review. My son purchased a car stereo for me for father's day and it failed within a month. Brian replaced it and within a year, then the second unit failed again. Brian stated that it was out of warranty (not by much) and that I would have to buy another unit. Brian also told me that would have to pay AGAIN for installation as he pays their employees/technicians on commission. When further checking, the model I purchased had numerous issues, which Brian did not disclose at the time of sale. Thanks Brian for selling my son Two Dud car stereos and now I need to have to purchase again. I still have the Area 41 unit in my truck and it is still as Dead as a Doornail. What memories of Area 41 that I do not need every time I get into my truck. Sorry, I am unable to tell everyone what a great experience I had. You chose not to make it right. I am happy that my son attempted to make a lasting Father's Day gift work for me. Initially it was a real joy. You, Brian, however made it a most Unpleasant and Unhappy experience. You, the owner, could have corrected the situation, but you chose not to. John Falk

Area 41 is a great audio shop! From the workers to the install the whole process was easy and done efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an audio shop!
