Don't understand when the line at the barbershop is decent why the employees decide to head out an hour early leaving one employee available so the chances of getting a hair cut slim

Always understaffed, always out of stock, despicably small. What stuff they do have is bottom tier. Go to Bangor and learn how to run a small sub base nex.

So to begin, the next overall is pretty nice. Yes they do have a limited selection but nonetheless it works. But my review is for the haircut area. Do they hire any old lady that comes for a job? I asked for a #1 on the sides and scissor trim of top and she decides to cut so much of the top and fade me on the side I said #1 not give me whatever you feel like. If I wanted a messed up haircut I would of gone and done it myself, this is trash! Like give us decent haircuts. (Kingsbay)

This place has very poor merchandise. They really have nothing to offer at this Navy Exchange. When they finally get something good it's only for that one time and they no longer sell the item. It's barely even a uniform shop.

Frequently doesn't not have needed items in the uniform shop and throughout the NEX. This extends to pre-COVID so can't blame it on the current supply issue. It's easier to order all your items from another vendor.

The Navy Exchange is a clean and quiet place to shop. We enjoy our shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good place to shop.
