Dave Rosenblatt, my service advisor, and James, the master technician, were absolute godsends to my family and I this week. We towed our camper to Folkston for New Year’s from out of state. The night after we set up camp I drove into town for gas and my Yukon just turned OFF on me! It was unsettling to say the least, and the idea that could happen when we tow our camper back home on the interstates was terrifying. The A/C also had oddly stopped working earlier that day.
I showed up desperate for help, during a historically busy service week, and Dave and James worked extremely hard to get us back on the road. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t. They could have tried to take advantage, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Dave even got our bill reduced some, and believe me, every cent counts when you have a large, unexpected bill appear.
The good reviews on here are for real. We even had a word of mouth recommendation for them from the fine folks at our campground.
Dave and James took a very stressful situation and made it as painless as possible. Our family is extremely grateful, and wish them the happiest of New Years. We also hope that any time they find themselves in a desperate situation, that they will find kind and competent people to help them as they helped us. Thank you again!!!

Never going here on a Saturday again. I get that you're busy, but literally everyone had an attitude and were quite unfriendly today. Had an appointment but no one was there that could look at my specific issue. At least I could get my oil changed.

Dave was great!!! He always does exactly what I need ASAP! Anything you need, go ask for Dave. He will get you right and do everything that needs to be done without any slack.

My vehicle was misdiagnosed. Upon review by another mechanic this was rectified. A part was ordered but lost in transit. Another one was ordered and expedited to the dealership. Finally the part was installed and vehicle returned to me. Some training and process management is needed for the service department.

I forgot my appointment time was at 10:00 not 10:30 and Tracy worked my oil change and tire rotation in all while her other appointments were arriving. Very Fast, was like I was never late!

Wonderful experience every time I have my Camaro serviced. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They explain everything going on with your car. I find the prices excellent and am always told of rebates, oil changes for free, etc. Tracy is a big part of the departments success. As a single woman, I have been taken advantage of over the years but never at Bennett Chevrolet. Their integrity is next to none. I refer people to them all the time because they are the best!

Had a new set of tires installed and oil change done on the wife’s Blazer and had oil change and tires rotated on my 2500 Diesel Silverado. All completed before lunch.

I took my Trax Activ to Bennett Chevrolet Express Service for an oil change and tire rotation on 08-21-2025. Tracy's team is always professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service. She always looks out for her customers. I would definitely recommend them for your vehicle needs. You never have to wait vert long, they get it in and get it done!

Bennett Chevy service had my truck for over 40 days. During that time they never returned a single phone call. Andy, my service advisor unfortunately did reach out one time to let me know they had lost the keys to my truck and wanted to know if I had a spare. I went specifically for warranty service and stated no other work should be performed outside of warranty coverage. Finally, it’s time to pick up my truck, There’s a $180 bill because they hooked up their scanner to my truck. Of course, they had to hook up the scanner to double the warranty work, but in doing so, read lines of code that were not under warranty.
