Limped into their service center after a breakdown on I95. They took us right in, gave us a lift to a rental car spot, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and kept us informed throughout the repair. Service advisor Zach was outstanding. Txs Bennett Dodge for taking care of us.

Emily and Rick took care of us. We had a near impossible situation that a different dealership said was not possible but Emily and Rick hooked it up. Not only that, they are good people. I have purchase a lot of cars... This was hands down the best experience from go. I will seek them out on thr next purchase. Do yourself a favor if you are in the Kingsland area and need a vehicle... Go see Emily and Rick.

Bought my truck here a few years ago and keep it serviced here as well. Michelle is amazing and wonderful to work with!! She made a stressful situation into a much better experience. I know how we all feel about going to the dealer, but this is one that I actually trust. I hope they continue this down to earth customer service.

Five stars straight to Emily Malone! I went in to Bennett today with one of my coworkers to handle some things, and though Emily was not who I was looking for she left an impression. She greeted us warmly at the door and lead us to where we were going, offered drinks and snacks anything to make sure we were comfortable. She left us with the department we needed and went about her way, and when seeing us leave she stopped to ask if we got everything we needed and (assuming) wish us farewell. My coworker and I were by no means showing disgruntled attitudes -we always have a blast together- she just genuinely wanted to check on us and say bye, but when she asked if we got what we needed I informed her we did not and how the department we had been with was willing to leave us without answers for the weekend. Hearing this Emily immediately stepped in and handled business. At no point did she bring up how this wasn’t even her job, though I know it wasn’t. She could have lost out on clients by taking the time to help me and my associate, but she maintained professional and friendly composure, she went above and beyond for us. She even offered me one of her personal drinks that she brought for herself when I mentioned needing caffeine, a stark contrast to the guy who saw my companion and I waiting and asked why we didn’t bring him breakfast & was snapping selfies when we almost left. Without our asking Emily got involved and made sure we left with our task complete. I could have easily left without an answer and waited til Monday, sure my boss would’ve been upset that I wasted time but I could have. And I would have the same thought of people at Bennett that I’ve had for a while “they don’t care” - but Emily changed that. She made me feel that someone there cared. She’s in sales but handled my very non-sales-related business the way the right department didn’t want to and for that she deserves so much recognition and gratitude. I don’t even need a car but she makes me want to buy one because I feel like she cares. So if you’re going there to buy a car and you want to talk to someone who’s going to care, talk to Emily Malone. Thank you again Emily!

Ive been to this dealership multiple times, have purchased 4 vehicles from the Bennett group. I worked closer with Jason with the sell of one of my previous cats a 2020 supra and again currently I traded on my 2023 ram for a 2025 ram for that upgraded twin turbo. It was a pleasant experience he ensured that I got everything I wanted and more for a great price. If I had any concerns he quickly addressed them and went above and beyond by meeting me back at the dealership after he already left work to pick up his kid. He could have told me to wait till thr next day but he knew I had plans to take my son to Athens and needed my new ride so he pulled out all the stops. He knew what I was willing to pay and what I wasnt and he was able to get me out the door quickly with numbers that works. 10/10 experience and I'll be back to work with him when its time to get the next ride.
