Had a construction company in town smash my rear window and A pillar, they had this place do the repair, initially it looked great but it has begun cracking and looks awful about a year and a half later.

The Kingsland location does NOT service glass and the “glass” location doesn’t service Kingsland it is a WASTE OF BREATH CALLING THEM. WORST SERVICE AND ANSWERING SYSTEM IVE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE.

I Would have given 0 stars if I could. Its a long review because it took Mike the owner over 30 days and 5 times to not repair the car. I had no choice but to take the damaged car that cost over $8k for cosmetic repairs. Other shops wouldnt touch it because of possible litigation. Five times I had to show them areas on the car that was still damaged. I dreaded going to the shop each time they said the car was fixed. The receptionist referred to me a paying customer as this person. Mike the owner and his receptionist was arrogant, rude, unprofessional, loud and obnoxious. They spoke to me like I was the problem. BUYERS BEWARE DONT’BE FOOLED BY THE LOW ESTIMATES… Go to a professional reputable shop in town or jax. I would have had the work done at advance but they stop accepting progressive auto insurance when I needed the repair. I have had work done at advance over the years never had a problem. The work he does on your car is horrible. The Car was in the shop for over 30 days because he couldnt fix cosmetic damages. He left my 2022 vehicle with only 50k miles looking like a car that was 10 years old. I had to trade my dream car hoping to get what I owed on it because of the damages he didnt fix. Mike Kept adding more money to the $8k plus bill for work he didn’t fix. The thief new insurance would pay for it. I have pictures video and insurance agent documents as proof of his inadequate service. BUYERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM RUSSELL”S HE IS A ARROGANT LIAR & THIEF. YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WASTED & YOUR VEHICLE WILL STILL LOOK LIKE IT”S BEEN IN A WRECK.

owner was arrogant and rude. had an appointment for quote to paint three panels on my car. quoted $1700. after i questioned a few things, then quoted $800. l then asked a little bit more about the labor involved and the price, the owner then told me " you know what, I wont even do the work, I can see your going to be a problem". Since when cant a customer, who is paying for a service, not be able to question the provider of the service?Avoid this business at all costs. Owner (who also does the quotes) needs a severe attitude check. PS...having the car done at another shop...no problems whatsoever.
