I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Chase Bank on Barrett Parkway. I scheduled two separate appointments over the past two weeks to open a business account, but both times I arrived only to be told that the person I had the appointment with wasn’t available. I was then informed that their calendar was closed, which means the appointment never should have been scheduled in the first place. What’s most disappointing is that no one bothered to reach out beforehand to let me know, which would have saved me the time and inconvenience of coming in. Considering the significant funds I intended to deposit, I expected a higher level of professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether Chase is the right place to trust with my business.

I do not recommend chase bank. I called the chase 1800 number and inquired about opening a chase business checking account and they told me that it is better to go into a branch to open it and I went 15 minutes before they closed and was told they don’t have a business banker at this location and that even if they did then I would not be able to open one because they close in 15 minutes. That is not how you do business. Everyone try to stay away from Chase bank if at all possible:

What is going on with Chase? This is another location that is bad with customer service. I can't recommend Chase anymore you should go to another bank.

This has been the most inconvenient bank I have ever used. As a bank I find it quite frustrating to always be told they can not give me the change needed for me to run my business. I considered switching my personal account over to chase but I would not not due to the unprofessionalism and lack of funds this particular branch has available for me to operate my business daily. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if the bank tellers AND MANAGERS had better attitudes when speaking to customers. I hope chase finds a way to better support this branch with its customer service and fund availability before I remove my business account and take it elsewhere.

I took my mom to this bank on Monday to have some papers notarized. We had an amazing experience here with a teller named Joann (sp). We did not have an appointment, but I'm assuming who was the manager advised that we would have to wait some time to get the papers she had completed because there were two people ahead of us with appointments, but he would see if he could pull someone that could do the same.
This young lady who says she's from N.Y. (which was a shock in itself) was friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with my 77 year old mother. We were in the bank for quite some time, and she never appeared to rush us or not want to help.
Joann went well above what was expected when my mother told her she lost her password to her online account.
Although she had already wrapped up with us, she turned around, walked back into the office, logged into her computer, and asked my mother to sit down so she could fix that.
We are in a time where customer service no longer exists, even in service industries, and this encounter made me want to open an account.
Joann at Chase Bank on Barrett Pkwy. JOB WELL DONE YOUNG LADY!!!

I have never had nearly as many issues with ATM services in my entire life as I have at this specific chase. Good luck ever getting the drive through ATM to actually work.

Came through the drive thru today to deposit some checks and no one ever came to greet us after sitting for 10 minutes. Another car pulled up next to us and was greeted. My husband had to push the "call" button in order to get someone. When the lady did come on, all she said was "I'll be back with your receipt". No "thank you for coming there" or no "hey we will get this processed for you". Where has customer service gone?

Today I had the worst experience in chase branch in a very long time I've been a customer for 10 years and I think this was the most embarrassing and time wasting experience that I had in the bank in general. So I went to deposit some money into my bank account and the girl Aaron try to help me but apparently she's not capable of doing that she didn't know how to work the money counting machine she tried to count my money on hand and made a mistake cutting me short of the the money o gave her after that she had the audacity to tell me and to argue with me that the money that I given her it's different some I counted the money by myself prove that to her that the money is correct and I left so for the future whoever goes there to deposit money make sure to watch carefully apparently mistakes happen hopefully it doesn't happen on you

Unfriendly tellers on the weekdays. Saturday crew much more pleasant. After hours, the lobby ATM access no longer secured for cardholders only. The ATM itself is super slow. Have to pray I don't get robbed since the door doesn't lock. Lol!Nice new renovations inside however.

I went into this branch because I have been unable to access online banking ever since I opened up my credit card account. The bank employee who helped me was very personable and took nearly an hour to get the situation resolved. I wish I had gotten her name but it was a young Black woman with long white fingernails. Kudos to her for outstanding customer service!
