I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of quick n easy affordable storage. I was assisted by a Harrison King and couldn’t have been more pleased and assured with his help. He was extremely professional and I felt pleased and assured taking my business and belongings to this unit. Thank you Mr. King! Keep up the wonderful work!

I love this place so much. I've found that life is similar to the film "Rocky IV". The adversity and challenges of moving are like Ivan Drago, and Public Storage is the Italian Stallion we can all depend on. I recommend Public Storage to those who value earnest, honest, compassionate, hard-working, hospitable and overall divine business models. Thank you, Public Storage.

Terrible experience. The front desk personnel have no authority to provide customer service. This is not a review of the individuals on site. This is a review of Public Storage, in general. Beware.- the site is in poor working order- personnel are unable to assist in any meaningful way, due to company policies- multiple efforts to reach management failed at each point of entry (online customer service, chat bot, website, etc.)- we are unable to remove our property due to the site's broken elevators- no assurance of when it will be fixedApologies are nice but we need the elevators fixed.

Wow, just wow. This has got to be one of the most profoundly efficient and ethical business establishments I've ever encountered during my time on this planet. Harrison is super helpful and does a fantastic job seeing to the needs of the customers and the building. I recommend this business to anyone who remembers when America still cared about the underdogs.

Great experience! The young man at the front counter was very polite and helpful. He not only helped me out with renting my unit, but greeted me with a big smile and a magnanimous eloquence. Bon magnifique!

I storage my college dorm furniture here for the summer. Very helpful, friendly, understanding and goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service! The storage is secureDefinitely will consider this location for another storage adventure.

This is a homeless shelter not a storage unit. There’s a homeless shelter for women and children very close to this faculty . The men that are jut allowed in the shelter rent storage units then camp out there all day long. I’ve seen men and women literally camped out, some with animals. The bathrooms are always disgusting on locked and management finds every excuse to ignore the issue. I’ve also seen men within code slide open doors that require codes with their bare hands

Yvonne was a perfect example of customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very competent. Yvonne took care of my problem quickly and made me feel valued as a client. Public Storage is fortunate to have such an exemplary associate.

If I could rate Ebony a 20 in customer service I would. I see I can only rate her a 5. So I guess I have to settle with this… She made this process so easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend this facility. Great service!!

Such a friendly group of people. I had an unfortunate event with my car today and the staff here offered refuge with exceptional hospitality. I witnessed them interact with their clients with care and respect. I'm very thankful for people like them!

I received excellent customer service from Yvonne!! Eventhough I recommend Public Storage to hire additional staff to handle such a large facility Yvonne made my wait worth it...would highly recommend.

Vita was super helpful. Explained everything very well. Helped us make the best decision for the unit we needed. She was very sweet. The storage facility is very big and clean. Convenient to get to.

The staff is so kind comforting and helpful I was traveling and hit a pot hole that busted my tire I coasted into the parking lot upon entering the building I was greeting warmly inori lent me a jack as I didn't have one in my car mrs.vita and her husband helped me change to my spare and guided me to the nearest tire shop they were all so openly helpful I appreciate all of you so much...I had a safe trip south and back home Thank you for all you do!
