Why don't this location just close down. Everytime you go the system is down. Why?

They are currently telling people that the food will take 15 to 20 mins to cook the food .. everytime I go ..and I go alot ..its the same story.. either that or come inside for whatever reason .. this is the most nerve wrecking location ever

Chicken tastes old and cooked super hard!!!! I will never go back!!!! ??I called corporate to make my complaint and they acted very unconcerned!!! I want my money back!!!!!!! ??
