PENALTIES ON TOP OF PENALTIES… The owner, Tin, shows no concern for your well-being. He openly told us, “just pay the fine; it’s only $200-$300.” He lost or erased our file back in 2015, and when we requested assistance, he refused to help. Avoid wasting your money, time, and stress by steering clear of this careless individual.
