Unbelievable customer service! Thank you all for going the extra mile to help. I don't even bank with PNC and everyone within this branch were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this bank for their small town community approach to serving customers. Thank you.

Do not do business with this bank Kimberly is not a good Branch Manager of this location this bank will only charge you fees and interest and you will get denied for everything you apply for day in and day out even with a business with perfect credit, owner with perfect credit. You are just a number to them and they will always make excuses of why they can’t serve their customers. Been with this bank for 6 years and has been only good for cashing a check and nothing more.

Vultures. I sold a vehicle to a PNC customer in Albuquerque but didn’t want to fly with a large amount of cash. So we went to a PNC location in Albuquerque and they issued me a cashier check in person.Now I’m back in GA and they want to charge 2% to cash a cashiers check issued by them less than 24 hours ago.Predatory and shameful.

Best service Iv ever received . Best part is when I call in I actually get a banker and not an automatic system . Rebecca and Jennifer are always so nice and cheer ful. They are great assets to the company . Keep it up guys

This place is unlike any other bank. The employees are all highly qualified, friendly, and energetic. Not to mention PNC is deeply rooted in customer service, and makes it a huge mission of theirs to ensure their customers are satisfied. These folks have always taken excellent care of me and my loved ones, they're pretty much family. Would highly recommend.
