The baber Mrs Burton was amazing ? she was so professional and respectful. I loved my hair cut. She is what's customer service should be about . Me alot alot of my friends would have changed barber if it wasn't for her thank you sports clips for having a customer with such high regards for customer service and who do a great job cutting hair with her Carrollton shop would not have no class

Dana in Carrollton is 5 stars! I hadn’t been to great clips in about 6 months. I just wanted a trim over the ears and back of the neck. She gave me the free trim!! I will definitely be going back to this branch!

If you are looking for the best hairstylist I have to recommend CICI she can make you laugh while making sure your hair looks good, and I was on the fence about getting an MVP but she gives the best scalp massages, I normally worry about what my hair looks like after a hair cut, but this time Im feeling good about it.

Waited over 45 minutes because they put 3 people before me since they “signed in online” even though they all came in after me.Ended up walking out. Complete waste of time..Go to a real barbershop.

Highly recommend Ci Ci she cut my two years hair, did an excellent job. He hates getting his hair cut but absolutely loved her. She was patient and caring throughout to experience. Explain everything to me, overall 5 stars.Services: Buzz cut

Ask the lady to trim around the sides and back but leave all the length on top. She decided to take half of the length off my top on the back side to blend it when that's not what I asked for at all and when told Ithat should bring a picture for better reference. Pretty sad for somebody that says they've been cutting hair their whole life. The performance of the stylists here are way too inconsistent. I won't be returning after this last mess up.
