If you want a sub be prepared to WAIT 30-45 minutes regardless of what time you go or the kind of sub you order
The Deli is the worst part of this store EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF that would honestly prefer you go elsewhere like they actually make noises sounds grunts, verbal, and facial expressions of annoyance and discomfort when you get in line or even if you are the ONLY PERSON IN LINE.
Oh they also Allow scammers and unwanted solicitors to set up shop near entrance

Usually, the subs sandwiches are good, but the one I got was nasty, I did not even finish it. The olives were chewy. The lettuce was brown and looked old (I did not even get that). And the service was not very friendly at all the lady was rude.

I love Publix...but the little Jamaican lady in the bakery does not exhibit the same friendly customer service we are used to. It just happens to be near our church, but I will stick to my Publix on my side of town in Dacula. My husband works out in Sandy Springs and goes by there on his way back and has had the same unfriendly service. Just called and said the wings were tough to even chew.
May give Publix a bad name but ours still has friendly service.

Good store but the sandwich section needs improvement. They’ll let you order a chicken tender sub or falafel sub, then they’ll tell you they’re out.

This place rarely ever has deli meat preorders ready in the pickup station. sooo annoying especially when your doing instacart. like do better.
