What used to be a decent place that held value has now slid beneath the dirty floor, messy carpet, filthy table and grimmy menu it sits on. I grabbed a spray bottle and the cleanest rag I could find to wipe our own table down. The manager provided a well rehearsed apology with no consolation for the inconvenience. The occasion for coming was our 31st anniversary. McDonalds ? which I detest would have been a step up. We're not talking midtown Longhorn this was Pooler. The dress code for management and the wondering waiters was a disappointment as well. The young lady who served us was sympathetic, very polite however embarrassed. I tipped her 40%.I work hard for my money but it was clear they don't. The whole place was an unorganized 3 ring circus ?

I’ve always loved the food here, but it’s gone downhill a lot over the past year. Tonight was the final straw for me & my family. Our waitress was not good, the appetizer tasted like burnt grease, no refills, burnt entrees. It took 15 minutes of sitting at the table before our server even came and then it took another 15 minutes before receiving our drinks. It was a huge disappointment!

I had a 12 once ribeye steak with a sweet potato and a chopped salad. The steak was delicious. Perfectly medium. The sweet potato was very good and the salad was really fresh. It was a very good meal on the road.

Keep searching this place is a HARD NO!!! First my glass was dirty with lipstick stains around the rim of the cup. Then our appetizer was brought out ice cold. The server play hide and go seek the entire time. And our steaks were favor-less and burnt to a crisp. Save your time and money.

There were seven adults and two children in our group. The appetizers came out quickly. However, the entrées took way too long! My granddaughter's cheeseburger was cold to the point that the cheese wasn't melted at all. The waitstaff was on point and attentive. To be fair, the restaurant was quite busy this Sunday afternoon!

Our family of 8 (4 adults , 4 kids) enjoyed a wonderful night. The wait time was excellent for a Saturday night. Our server Kenneth was the best! Very attentive and a joy to talk with. The food came out in a timely manner and everything was perfect. Heidi runs an amazing staff from the front of the house to the back. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: Our server made us feel so comfortable with all the needs for our kids.

Our server , Kenneth M. Was a five star server.Not only did he give great service to my large family but he has a wonderful personality.So rare to find service like the service Kenneth gave us tonight.The general manager, Heidi, came by our table to make sure we were receiving excellent service.We ate delicious food, laughed and had some great dessert.

You can't go wrong with the outlaw ribeye. I sat at the bar and had the shrimp app, and a couple of cold beers, while waiting to get food to go. I'll definitely go again when I'm back in the area.

We had a party of 10 . They knew 2 hrs ahead of time that we were coming. Was told 45 minutes... Like an hr and a half later we get seated. Ok Friday night I get it. Our server was awful, ordered a salad before my meal... It came out like 2 minutes before my meal. She was awful at refilling our drinks. And then when she brought back our change she kept 3.30$ . Not a lot I know but why did you keep my money?? Needless to say she screwed her self out of a larger tip. We definitely won't be going back to this location for a while.

Food and service were fine, our issue was with the hostess/manager who was just yelling out orders to the staff on the floor without regard to the customers! We have been to this location a few times, and overall we enjoy the food and service, but when the same hostess/manager is working she is consistently speaking rudely and loud at the staff on the floor, and even louder when she yells at the back of house staff that we can hear her on the floor, yelling in spanish and english!

This was our first time at this location. We were at a friend's retirement ceremony on Ft. Stewart (E-9/SGM, 24 years of service).We were greeted when we arrived.The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was very cozy.Our food and drinks were so good.Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Went there today. Try the regular rib eye with a loaded baked potato. Great. French onion soup very good also. Have never gotten a bad meal there. They know what they are doing.

The chicken tender salad and the French onion soup was a Good match up. And the side salad and loaded potato soup was good with the Mac and cheese. The Parmesan crusted spinach dip was good with the homemade chips.

I’ve been frequenting Long Horn for many many years from Arizona to Georgia. Great food and service until I get here to Georgia . Pooler in particular, the service is usually good but the so called cooks are hit or miss here and I’ve missed them. I came this past Friday and my ribeye was excellent!!! Today it was garbage! I asked for medium well , I get it WELL done?. You have this Long wait which is not a problem until your expensive ribeye is all wrong and greasy to get another ordered it would be another 15-20 plus minutes. But only take )3 off. They have overcooked before and we stopped coming and went to TX Roadhouse that never fails from Washington state all the way here. So we will NOT be coming back to this location. So TX Roadhouse… we will be Back real soon. Why was the rice dry??? It should only be dry in its original state prior to cooking… it should NOT be dry after it is cooked! Come on Longhorn pull it together!!! get more Real cooks who knows consistency and pay them accordingly !!!

I keep going back here even though they can’t get it together. I like the manager and the fact that they get the broccoli right which is rare these days. They tend to be consistent with the steak from what I’m told although I don’t eat it. Just to give you an honest review, I would tell you that the service is spotty at best and you’re most likely going to be waiting a long time if you get there after 5:30. Use the app and get your place in line before you get there.
