I’ve frequently eat at Shane’s for over 4 years now and it was a little down during and after covid but the recent reviews are spot on! My family of three went today about 6ish and all staff were welcoming and courteous. All of our food was promptly served and very good! We enjoyed ourMeals and the young lady checking on our table twice! And the bathrooms were ??

I am so dissapointed ..this was once a good place. I could literally not eat any of the food. The okras were so hard and over salted, the baked beans tasted neither sweet or BBQ'y .yuck! The "grilled cheese" was barely toasted with the cheese tasting like I dont know.. goverment cheese. The server seemed medicated as she was moving really slow..like sickly slow. You know its bad when the kids won't even eat it. Staff, please take care of yourselves..its hard sometimes, but showing up means SHOWING UP! ??

The service was good. They greeted me when I came in. Now I'm so upset . The ONLY Reason why I come to any of these establishments. They make their Cold Slaw with CARROTS............... I threw this in the trash can... I know the franchises have different owners. I thought that they keep the same recipe? Something told me to keep going but I had to stop. The nearest establishment is 1 hour 45 minutes away from where I live. Now if I stop I have to ask. Do you make your cold slaw with carrots ??? So disappointed I stay 2.5 hours away from where I got it from. Yea I should've check it but I did.

The food was ok but the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. No music, tvs... dead silence. Only one person working but very slow. Should have taken the hint. Feet stuck to the floor when walking.

Avoid this location at all costs. I am extremely disappointed in the failed customer service, the mediocre display of quality and lastly the food was COLD. The staff was so unprofessional, after every order they proceeded to lounge around in the back and have a cigarette. Just the absolute worse atmosphere to set for anyone!

The food just gets better. If I had a complaint, it would be that the sandwiches are to big. Delicious and more that you can eat. True. Just as good as before. Great food and very tasty.

If you're looking for great peach cobbler in Pooler, Shane's Rib Shack has some very delicious peach cobbler baked fresh, in house. You can taste the peaches, spices, butter, and the crust is perfect.

We ordered catering from the Pooler GA location, and it did not disappoint! Got the chopper bbq, and smoked wings with sides of tater salad and mac and cheese, with banana pudding to finish. Everything was phenomenal. I actually had a few more drivers than I expected, so I called last minute to see if they could add more bbq to the order and Lisa hooked it up. All around great bbq, and now I have a bunch of happy drivers. Will be ordering from here again!

When you want BBQ ribs this is the place to go. Conveniently located on Pooler Parkway, near Park Ave, Shane's was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful, suggesting their famous ribs and peach cobbler. Both were delicious and were the sides. ended up taking half of the full rack on the road for lunch the next day. Damn good stuff!
