Just visited store on 08-07-24 around noon time and have to say the store staff went above and beyond my expectation for customer service. Manager and all staff were friendly and helpful. A+++

The ladies in the pharmacy are friendly and seem to do their best despite appearing very busy and/or understaffed. Waits can be long depending on the time of day. I have to take an uncommon specialty drug that is on auto-refill, however, it's literally out of stock every month (my app always says it has to be ordered). You'd think they'd realize the issue by now and keep it in stock to avoid the delays. Otherwise, no complaints and I enjoy the convenience the drive-through offers.

The person in the window was the rudest ever. I’ve been coming to this location since 2013, never have I been treated so rudely. She certainly should not be working with the public. Ewww, I couldn’t wait to get away from this unpleasant lady and end this unpleasant experience. I think I saw Asia on her name tag.

This place has gone down hill so bad I have been getting medicine from there for years medicine that has to be taken daily. I tried getting my medicine this mouth and they said that they have the right amount but can’t sell it to me cause others might need it as well. They should have order more than enough for the people that have to take it daily. Then they lied and said that my insurance was not approving it and that’s y they could not sell me all of it witch was a lie cause I have the Same insurance company for over ten years and I went to cvs and they got it done with in ten minutes so thanks for being liars and not wanting to do your jobs to people that has been doing business for ten years with y’all I hope everyone stops doing busies with y’all and y’all close down

The pharmacy here in Rincon is the worst I have ever experienced. 30 minutes to get a prescription looked at only to be shown by the pharmacy manager that they just do not care about the customer.This isn't a one time experience it has been repetitively horrific for six months or more.It's not that I mind it waiting 30 minutes to get a prescription filled but the efficiencies of this pharmacy our stupendously inept. The little things that could have made things move much faster or not being done.In conclusion, I called the Walgreens one 800 customer service number and did enjoy my experience conversing with them, I received a call from the Walgreens manager the next day, and he was very apologetic, but if I explain to him, the store has nothing to do with the pharmacy, and they need to get their act together.I don't even give this one star because this pharmacy flat out just does not know how to conduct business.

The people are always nice, but prescriptions are supposed to be ready at a certain time and then are usually another 20-30 minutes out. Then 20-30 minutes out you get there and it’s still another 20-30 minutes out. A little unfortunate when trying to plan your day and when to stop by. This might be normal for pharmacies so not the end of the world

Post office sent us and several others back to back for passport photos within minutes of each other. Coffee handled everything with such grace and multitasked effortlessly to make sure people were checked out all while taking care of our photos and ensuring they were up to standards. We were in and out within 15 minutes including grabbing a few other things we needed. Krystle came up as soon as she was notified Coffee had quite the crowd to check us out and without their teamwork I’m confident we would not be getting our passports today. Thank you!

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. They are all EXTREMELY rude including the pharmacist, they cut you off and won’t let you speak and are very unhelpful.

This is the worst pharmacy as far as customer service. They will not hurry for your sake nor work with you on anything. They lie to your face, make things up according to how they want to do it. I guarantee you if this was not the only pharmacy my doctor can fill scripts with, I would for sure switch in a heartbeat. They are HORRIBLE!!!!
