Let me tell you, Miss Nicole had my layers flowing like a river. She genuinely cares about the health and condition of your hair! She stated my hair is healthy! (As it should be because I don’t solely depend on my stylist to take care of my hair, I do my part in between visits)
I was greeted with a welcome from everyone and offered coffee, water, snacks, etc.
If you want good service, great conversation and just genuine fellowship with the staff, VISIT this salon at your earliest convenience!

Charge me too much to do nothing to my hair. It's was not a good experience. Nobody can't do my hair at all anymore. I will not come again. They dont know how to do hair good at all 0nly want your money

I'm completing this 5 ?tar review pertaining to my experience with New Beginning Hair Salon. My very 1st appointment was just over one year ago and I've been going every 2 weeks since then and now call it my hair stylist home. This establishment is clean, stylish and unique! The staff are warm, friendly and over all good people! You are always greeted with a smile and how can we help or assist you. They are prompt with courteous service. They provide snacks & drinks to get your morning grub on just in case you didn't have time to grab a bite to eat on your way in. The staff are very talented. They have you covered with a wide variety of hair services, whatever you needs may be. Ms. Vanessa is my stylist and she rocks! My styles are different & unique with each and every visit, she's the bomb! "THE BLONDE EXPERIENCE". So come on out give them a try, I guarantee ? you'll make it you go to salon too! For the men out there, need a cut? They got you covered! Mom, Dad & Children, make it a family affair! Make your appointment today, you won't be disappointed. Your hair care experience will be just as great as mines. ?

I mean, look at the picture, my hair speaks for itself!! Stacie did an amazing, I repeat, AMAZING job. She’s super nice, she’s experienced and educated in her craft (and she shared her pizza) A true artist!! I. Love. My. Hair!!!!! I’m soooooooo happy with her work I could cry. Only a bomb colorist could pull this off on my natural hair!!

Stacei did it again!!! I found her through Google earlier in the year and she fixed my hair from another stylist jacking me all the way up. When I say she did an amazing job fixing my hair I wanted to cry because it looked so much better after Stacie fixed it. Today 10/29 I went back to Stacie after letting my hair grow out and she did a phenomenal job on my hair today. It looks amazing, I feel amazing and after being in GA for almost 5 years I’ve finally found a stylist that knows what she’s doing and does an amazing job at what she!! I showed her a picture and it looks just like the picture so happy to have found Stacie!!!! Can’t wait till my next visit!!!! Thank you so much Stacie!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I had been going here for years even after moving all the way to Cobb County- so at best, I was at least loyal. I made an online appt for 2:00pm with Stacie for a relaxer. The appt was confirmed the day before. I arrived for my appt and Stacie was still doing someone's hair. No biggie, I sat and waited until around 2:30 Stacie said "ummm, it's gonna be a minute before I can get to you." I asked "why?", she explained that she had two heads in front of me! I explained that I made the appt for 2pm and confirmed the time, she then said she didn't know why the system allowed the appt to go through bc it would be AT LEAST AN HOUR before she got to me. I WAS HEATED!!!! Nicola, the owner, was nearby and heard the whole thing and even I asked her "what is going on with the online system to even allow this?" She didn't have a reason and finally Stacie suggested I could come back, I could wait or if I wanted to, I could elsewhere. Nicola suggested I go home real quick, chill out and come back in an hour and half. I think she was trying to say "don't go to another salon" but Stacie's attitude was so flippant and non-chalant that I was purely disgusted by that more than anything else. For the record- neither one apologized and THAT is why I will NEVER EVER go back to this salon again. I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. Your system made an error and you did nothing to try and accommodate the customer, not even offer an apology. Don't worry- I will take my money elsewhere. Too many salons in Atlanta to put up with that.
