Poor customer service, lack of communication. I ordered some food items and other miscellaneous from Peggi's African Market online. First of, one of the items was out of stock, instead of contacting me to let me know, she replaced it to something else, yup! Thinking for the customer because the sale must go on after all. She other item expired in 2024 and we are in 2025. The final item which was a 2kg tomato paste, she instead sent two 800g cans which is 1.6km instead of 2 KG. I emailed her to no response. I will be opening a claim to get my money for these items. I emailed her 7 days ago and still no response.
