What nice surprise this place turned out to be. A. They were open for walk in customers during this goofy COVID 19 pandemic. B. They knew what they were doing. C. They didn't waste my time. D. They got me a decent deal. E. They programmed my phone for me. F. They didn't bitch when I cancelled a bunch of accessories I made them take off my invoice that I bought a Walmart for 1/2 the price while they were programming my phone.Great Job Verizon Holcomb Bridge Road.

I can't say enough about Brianna at this location. Although I was there a long time, she was extremely patient and thorough and addressed all of my needs. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. What a breath of fresh air at a cellular store. Go and meet Brianna! She will take good care of you!

The salesmen were very friendly. Watch what you are being sold - everything is more expensive and there is a sales push - so be sure to ask questions about price and compare it to other locations. The way the salesman would say things was not completely straightforward, so ask, "How much is this?" and "Is there a way not to pay for this fee, service, etc..." because everything has an additional cost to it and is not entirely necessary. This an authorized retailer - not a Verizon store. BC of COVID we had to go here - the official Verizon stores were closed. I left feeling like the guy who helped us was nice - but that I had been taken a little. They also have the employees parking their new cars in the handicap spaces - which is very hard to see when you are the customer and actually need to use those parking spaces. Our salesmen said, "I would never be that guy to take a handicap spot," but as we were pulling out I saw him putting his stuff into the trunk of his new yellow car and I felt kinda scammed. I left feeling like we were all set up and treated nicely - but also a little bit taken. Don't know why - but that is how I felt driving home.

Have had Sprint since the beginning of cell phone service, went to a Verizon corporate store this month (Jan,2020) to switch to Verizon. Worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving, customer service is very important to me since I am in National/international sales for over 25 years.

Had a "partial port" issue in moving my number from Sprint to Verizon. Scott at the Verizon store was great to work with, and he was able to resolve this (despite Sprint's horrible customer service/knowledge). Reminded me why I was leaving Sprint and moving over to Verizon in the 1st place! Well done, Verizon and Scott!

I just visited this store to replace a broken iPhone. I had THE MOST PLEASANT experience. I really know very little about replacing phones, backing things up, weighing options, etc. LaTonya Sanders was AMAZING. She was so pleasant, incredibly helpful, talking me through my options and meeting my budget. Exceptional. We will be back to work with her.

I went in to just check out potential upgrade options (I had a Galaxy S5 that was obviously old but still working well for me & in great condition, so I wasn't highly motivated to upgrade) and discuss plan adjustments (I had an unlimited plan, but I typically only use about 2GB/month & I have an employer discount that we discovered does not apply to unlimited plans) with no intention to buy at that moment. I met Scott Phillips. We spent about 45 minutes talking current phones, upcoming releases, and different plan choices that may be more suited for me personally. No pushy sales tactics, insightful and engaging conversation, genuine interest in assisting me in finding my best options.

Just upgraded to Iphone10XR. Scott Phillips was my sales rep. Most helpful with this transaction. Even went so far as to sync my new phone to my work truck. Scott went out of his way to make sure this was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Verizon retailer!

Reuel, Dom, Christine arrives at the store today very unhappy with a damaged phone and not sure what to do. It was just a short amount of time before the representative here fix my situation and also made me aware of additional devices that I was entitled to, and left the store with those also. My end result was being pleased with a customer service that I received and the replacement phone that I'm getting as well.

Having experienced countless frustrations with cell phone service and providers over the years, Patrick represented Verizon in an outstanding way that will make us loyal Verizon customers. Patrick has spent hours with my children and me over the last 2 days and has exhibited endless patience, enthusiasm and willingness to resolve any problem and provide the best solutions possible! He has been extremely friendly, extremely professional and has gone above and beyond on every device we had to make sure we had optional account service and functionality. He was wonderful with each of our children and was extremely thorough with looking through our account and deciphering a very complex account portfolio.
