I find the prices to be higher than other places but it's a great location and that sometimes justifies the price. From my experience, the female staff is incredibly helpful and the men can be somewhat dismissive. Not always but as a general rule that has been my experience.

Worst experience in an ACE Hardware store I have ever had. I’m visiting the island, and needed some hangers. An employee followed me from the moment I walked through the front door until I checked out- making me feel VERY uncomfortable. I’m a 67 year old woman- not a common criminal. I’ll NEVER set foot in this store again. Period. Every other store on this island has treated me kindly and with respect.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help you. They have a lot of things you need right here on the island. Great for special fasteners as well!

Very polite and courteous staff. If you have a pad, bring them in and expect to get a tree at the checkout counter. They have a great selection of hardware in tools and other accessories.
