Super rude pharmacy staff. Drove 40 miles to get my medicine because they were the only one in stock. Rx called in 8 hours prior by the doctor. Left with nothing but attitude from pitiful staff.

CVS in Saint Simons Islnad is a great place to shop a wide selection of merchandise with discounts, bogo, and coupons, it really helps to save money. When doing self check out, the machine will display my coupons and ask me if I want to apply them. If something goes wrong, there are tellers or managers able to help, and they are very knowledgeable on what they do.

The new pharmacist Raul is wonderful! He took the time to call my sons medicine down to Orlando (mom fail) and even called me back to tell me it was done. The definition of above and beyond!

Shannon and Monica are Great! Had an amazing experience at this store as always, the staff is always around and helpful and the store itself is clean and organized. My favorite photo place!

A lot of complaints about this store but the employees are really nice and if anything they are short staffed. It is open till midnight and in a very convenient location.

Drive thru was closed at middle of day, I’m sick and contagious but what are you going to do ..no line inside or outside …then Rxs were put in way too big bottles and lids were impossible to get off…like40dram vial when smallest would work . I had to get pliers … I don’t think this Pharmacist enjoys his job…but he enjoys being rude……Carlos RPh is so nice and helpful ….never like this guy ….he wants to be rude and not caring …snarky ….he enjoys aggravating you ….I have chronic lower back pain and usually use a variety of Icy Hot pads, lidocaine pads, etc…but have to use Xanax and Fioricet as needed if really bad day and get on heating pad…don’t want stronger codeine meds unless have too. But pharmacist was sort of snarky ….smirking …then when I got home I saw huge bottles that I could not open..never happened before ….Tech is always working very hard every time I’m there…. On 2nd round of antibiotics and seeing Pulmonologist as soon as I can get in….I know retail has changed but there is no reason to be rude or ugly especially by Pharmacist

Closing manager was rude and kicked us out for no reason. Someone else was messing with the pool noodle but we got kicked out instead. We even put the pool noodle back for them. Horrible customer service for helping them put back products.

Pharmacists at the this CVS location are incompetent, unprofessional idiots who cannot get it together to fill a prescription. One would think that a pharmacist who can understand complex details about medication would be able to write down a customer name, prescription name, quantity, etc., but not at this CVS. Complete morons.

After the Brunswick CVS (inside Target) wasted three days not filling my Rx they assured me would be filled, this SSI CVS picked up the slack and figured out how to order the Rx and get it there in a day (apparently there was some manufacturer issue that made Brunswick give up, but SSI dealt with it as they should). I initially didn't trust SSI CVS after all the mayhem from the Brunswick store, and wanted to go to Jacksonville, but SSI's pharmacists proved to be competent and responsible. They understand accountability to a client who can't sit around waiting missing a daily dose. I appreciate their professionalism, relatively worlds away from Brunswick, and compared to my slacker CVS at home, more accountable too.

The WORST CVS I've ever shopped. Yesterday was the 5th time I have been to this CVS with a list of about 10 beauty products I wanted. All of the makeup displays are about 90% empty, every time I go. There was a space for every product I wanted but no product. I don't know who is in charge of restocking but they need to find another job. On the rare chance they have what I want, it's usually covered in dust. Seriously, just stop carrying makeup. I drove to Target and spent $100 that would have gone to CVS.

Would not go back Manager was rude and heard her making fun of my wife's accent. People should be more kind and understanding to those who first language is not English. A manager should not make racist comments poke fun of those of different race and speak different language. To me it very very unexcepable behavior from a Manager at that.....
