I love this store! Great gifts and everyone is so nice. They let you look on your own time not being on top of you but also so helpful if you have questions. This store has fantastic cards, gifts, notepads, kitchen items, uga items, all drugstore items, cutest wrapping bags and best soaps, kitchen towels etc. My mom bought me a gorgeous driftwood lamp that I love! It's so much more than a drugstore!

Every time I shop at St. Simons drug, I'm treated very rudely. The older ladies that work there seem like they hate customers because it interferes with their gossiping. Unless it's someone they know. I'm tired of being treated like this so I won't go back again and I live on St Simons. Wonder why people travel to Brunswick to do their shopping??

Rude! I went in looking for something specific and had to go over to the cash register to get someone's attention. I believe there were three clerks at the register talking about something else not business-related. One woman said that they didn't have the item in a dismissive way. I'm here on vacation, but if given a chance, I wouldn't return to this store. I get the feeling that these staffers almost feel and act as if they are too good for their jobs.

I went to pick up some medicine for a friend, this place is Awesome, It has all kind of Beach accessories, and home decor, and just about anything else you can think of to buy.

Staff are rude and bossy. Very overpriced inventory and clearance section is full of damaged items.

None of the 4 employees (including in the pharmacy!) were wearing masks. None of the patrons were masked. When I requested them to put on a mask when ringing me up, the woman refused to do so. Completely appalling. I left without completing my purchase.

We stopped by today and bought nearly $400 of Christmas items. Two people were checking us out. One of them had her mask hanging around her neck and she was LICKING HER FINGERS while wrapping our Christmas ornaments in tissue paper! When I asked her to stop, she scowled at me. Seriously?! So rude and nasty. I now wish I had just left and not finished my purchases. Management shouldn't tolerate such rude treatment of customers. I won't be back.

I have been having prescriptions filled at St. Simons Drugs for many years, and they have never let me down. They are friendly, professional, and honest, and I will continue to shop there hopefully for many years to come.

Called St Simon Drug Co. needed to get a prescription filled due to being on St Simons Island longer than planned with the virus going on. The woman pharmacist was not only rude, she wouldn't even take the time to call our local pharmacy up north. Thank God for CVS who got it done for us.
