07/27/23I was very pleased with my visit here. I was advised by two gentlemen at the Brunswick store to visit this location due to it being a corporate store. They're all great reps at both stores. Jamey, who assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. Although, one of my issues weren't resolved (at no fault of his) he went out of the way to listen and retrieve information with regard to my complaint, so that it could be escalated.The store was clean, they assisted me while also assisting other customers as well.

My Revvl5g is not functioning as it should. They could not get it to replicate the issue in the store. Third time I have had it looked into in the past year. The again this evening my daughter call and text me but I did not receive either of them until she called another family member who advised me. Once I restarted the phone the missed calls and texts arrived.

Called about picking up a new phone and they said they had the one I wanted in stock. Website and Google list the closing time as 7pm. Arrived at 6:15 to the store locked up and closed.

Ron took good care of me and my phone even though I didn't pay for anything because it was under the insurance way to go t-mobile for hiring Ron
