Molly is wonderful. I highly recommend seeing her for all of your cell phone/Apple Watch needs. Working with this independent Verizon store was vastly different than going to the corporate owned stores. This store is about the relationship, so when you need another device (and we all will), you want to come back to them.Go see Molly! She is awesome!

Oh my gosh!!!If Molly had not helped me through my months it took to get back onto Verizon, I most likely would not have acquiesced and rejoined. It was an absolute chore and beyond to make the Verizon reconnect happen.Molly was diligent, patient beyond belief, and more than knowledgeable. After countless customer service connections, 'on holds', and even the need to contest to a Verizon rep. who advocated fraudulence (yes, that's right...he promoted the idea of a fraudulent activity that Molly vehemently opposed!) she was able to get my service back to Verizon.This woman needs a raise!!! Actually, she would do extremely well to be a head of Verizon in some capacity!Verizon is very, very lucky to have Molly representing them as she does!

The SSI store is by far the best Verizon I’ve done Business with and FAR from negligent. I would not take advice from Stuart, he seems to be an impossible customer. This store will always have my Business and Molly will always be my go to Rep.. amazing store manager.

This has been a very long and drawn out experience today with the representatives on the phone BUT our experience with the in store associate could not be ANY!! better she is definitely manager material even district manager. Zach GordonZach was just great helping me purchase a new phone. My brother has a phone on my account but it is old and needing to be replaced due to 5G. My plan was to get a new phone for myself and to give my brother my iPhone SE. Zach worked with me on pricing and I feel like he got me the best deals/Promotions. He spent quite a lot of time with me and I appreciate that he answered all my questions knowledgeably. So now I have a new iPhone SE and I’ll be mailing my old SE to my brother.
