Very knowledgeable and awesome technicians. Got my computer that is over 10 years old working like it's a brand new computer. Brought in for a screen replacement and found out the motherboard was fried as well. They were able to replace both and give my daughter her computer back and it's just like new.

Talked to the owner and it changed my 1 star to 5 star. When someone can admit that a person made a bad call and a bad judgement....and then offer to completely rectify it in every way you would want -- can you judge them as poor customer service? Nope. That's 5 star customer service. Errors happen, how we fix them is what makes us who we are. Well done.
