this store has an amazing collection of vintage items. the staff was extremely kind and helpful. they also discounted an item because she noticed a small tear at checkout. will definitely be returning.

Very cute pieces from 1920s-1990s. Things aren’t cheap, but the quality is fabulous (most things $75+). My partner and I found some cute pants in the sale section for 50% off! Shop owner is very bubbly and attentive :)

House of Strut has an incredible selection of vintage clothing with some super unique and well curated pieces! I always love stopping in and looking around when I come to Savannah. Yesterday I tried on the most gorgeous 1970s jumpsuit with a built in hood, in was too perfect to leave behind and I just had to get it ?? they have some really beautiful pieces and I look forward to going back! They’re also super nice, friendly, and helpful every time I come in!!!

I have never been made to feel so special by any shop owner!! My partner and I had such an amazing experience going into Strut. We were greeted immediately and treated like old friends within minutes of conversation! Erika is such a treasure and her shop is amazingly organized with a selection out of this world. We are vintage collectors and each found something special. My partner found his piece immediately, but I had a hard time finding just the right item. Erika is so good at her job and knows how to read her customers obviously, because within minutes she had me in the right section full of exactly my style pieces!!! The passion she has for this labor of love is really evident, and I can't wait to go back to visit again next time we are on Savannah?

I was lucky enough to be wandering through Savannah and to happen upon this place. I have a sweet spot for old butterfly collar shirts. And, quickly found a particularly sweet one, which I bought immediately. I had a fun chat with the woman working there, who I assumed to be the owner. I really appreciated her enthusiasm - it is hard to be unhappy when in the presence of happy people. I would go back just to hang out. Cool place.

Went in and LOVED it! Bought 2 pieces and the store manager was AMAZING! She pulled pieces for my daughter and made her feel super confident and comfortable! We spent way more than we intended but the stuff was amazing and truly unique. We will be back on our next Savannah adventure!❤️

Recently bought a pair of shoes here and after wearing them for about an hour the soles started falling off. I did try them on in the store and they seemed fine but things happen with vintage. Especially shoes. They have a no return policy so I was really worried about going in to see if they could do anything for me. Funny side note, I was at work and had to walk there in my socks because I didn't have another pair of shoes! The manager, AJ I think, was super kind and even said it was fine for me to keep them for the day so I had something to wear at work but could return them for a full refund the next day! Will totally return because I appreciate the kindness and because they have a good selection!

I walked into Strut while strolling downtown looking for either thrift or vintage stores to explore while on vacation. After entering a few other locations, I was hungry for higher quality items and punk couture. Strut did NOT disappoint! The shop had a variety of vintage jackets, boots, bags, and curated items across the store. I imagine this would be an ideal location for costume designers, musicians, theatre folk, and fashion enthusiats! The shop manager AJ Grey was the best part of my shopping experience at Strut. She immediately greeted me, and asked if she needed any help. We struck up a conversation, as I shared my excitement for my visit! She handed me a card of cool shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. I love this! I was the only customer in there at the time, and we continued to chat about Savannah. AJ Grey was so king and easy to talk to... it honestly felt like she was just a friend who was in the shop with me! The next time I'm in Savannah, I will ABSOLUTELY be back to Strut for their unique and ultra-hip merchandise, and to see AJ Grey! I cannot recommend this shop enough... If you're visiting Savannah into fashion (in any sense), Strut is a must for your shopping experience! 5 Stars across the board :)

the selection is great, store is cute, but the owner erica ruined this experience completely. she and her employees were loud and in my face the whole time except for the one with great hair and the collar when checking out she asked us to tip her shop employees, which i have no issue doing, but she asked by saying “if you can tip a barista for pouring a stupid little drink you can tip your stylist” now i am a barista myself, and it is incredibly hard work, theres no need to belittle anyone here. heres a tip: if the cheapest piece of used clothing in your store is $40 you can afford to pay your employees a liveable wage.

An amazing lil gem in Savannah. I like to check out vintage and consignment shops while exploring different cities. I’m glad I came across House of Strut. Great high quality vintage pieces. Beautifully curated. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Will definitely visit again when I came back to Savannah and will follow on IG until then.

One of a kind pieces and top notch styling service. Erica, store owner, took the time to find exactly the right piece to give as a gift to my sister-in-law. We ended up with a beautiful 1950s cashmere sweater in mint condition. Fantastic shopping experience!
