I give this Parker’s one star after my experience here the cashier with the raids and noise ring is a very rude individual and has no respect at all for customers I have observed lots of bad reviews on her and it makes your business look bad and is not business like and will cause you to loose business I think based on all the bad reviews about her she should be terminated or fired on other words

I came just to gas up and use the bathroom and two cashiers that I've never seen before question what I'm doing there I let it slide and walk out the door two minutes later while I'm putting gas in my car some dude with a badge on his hip walks up to my car and acts like he's checking to see what I'm doing then pretends like he's inspecting the rest of the area but he only went to my car

The cashier was very rude. I didn't know how to use the self checkout and the lady acted like she didn't want to help... If you don't want to do your job, stay home!

I stopped here for gas & purchased a fountain drink while here. The service was good, the store was very clean, & the ladies working were very helpful.

The cashier with the nose ring and dry braids had bad customer service. I had a cup of ice and she said "Imma" which isn't a word need you to scan the bar code. I would have not had a problem with it but her approach was rude. Upon walking away the get a long gang working with her chuckeld as she has a few choices words to say which would have been nice if she could have said it before I walked away to have a chance to reply... Parkers is getting out of hand with the bad customer service .

In the beginning I loved being able to get my gas, coffee and breakfast from Parker’s. NOW, they’ve been out of half and half for MONTHS even though SAMs is across the street. There is never a cashier available because they’re working on the self checkouts that aren’t working. The coffee station grounds are always full and the floor is sticky at 7 am. Good idea - terrible execution.

Cashier had no idea how to use Apple Pay on the system. After using cash for the transaction, the coin return was broken and had to correct the sales clerk on the change. Can’t even add. Go here if you don’t value your time. Always a problem, water on the floor, out of stock, staff rude, or machines broken. Never fails to amaze me!

Nice Parkers, good location, friendly staff. However the staff was using ONLY the self checkouts which creates a big wait for customers and lots of inconvenience. It takes 1 associate longer to help one customer through the self checkout than if they just checked them out and the 3 people in line behind them. Self checkouts are not COVID19 conscious since lots of people are touching the screen and the associates have to be even closer to the customers to fix the registers.

This Parker’s is just like an average Parker’s location. I haven’t had a great experience or horrible one. I’ve been here plenty of times. Just another spot to get some cigs, munchies and or gas.

This Parkers is very clean and the ladies who work inside are always very patient and kind with girls like me who don't understand how to use self serve checkout registers the best (I'm like 1940's old school seriously) when I need to buy something in the store. The gas prices are fair as well especially if you are in their rewards program. Parkers Rocks!

Dear Parker's, I do not work for you. Unless I am going to be receiving a paycheck; I expect for the cashier to check me out. Self checkout is just another way for the wealthy to keep money in their pockets instead of paying a livable wage to the employees. My mind was blown when the lady behind the counter tonight (11/30 @ 6pm) refused to check me out and said she only did lotto or when it was super busy. Do better y'all.
