I'm in the process of moving into a bigger house than my previous one. The previous one simply wasn't big enough to hold some large and valuable wood furniture I'd inherited. These pieces of furniture were stored in one of the climate controlled units at Victory Drive Self Storage for 9 years and they're still in mint condition. That along with very reasonable rates, excellent access hours and a friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to work with you make VDSS an obvious choice for any kind of storage you need. I only moved one neighborhood over, still very close to Victory Storage. If I ever have storage needs in the future, I'm 100% going with them again. HIGHLY recommended!

I walked in towards the end of the day, requesting to look at a unit. The AWESOME lady upfront (I'm apologize, I'm bad with names) didn't even hesitate to talk with me about options and everything involved. She let me take my time in checking out available units and was right there when I found the perfect one. I felt right at home. Thank you so much for making this an easy peasy deal!!!!

I've had my stuff here for over a year now. I moved in here after my unit was burglarized in Life Storage (formerly Cubesmart) on victory drive. Obviously an inside job as the mesh roof was repaired after the theft and the security system wasn't working at the time. I wanted a unit that couldn't be accessed unless you open the door. It was harder than I thought. I guess it's the new way to build storage units. The storage unit behind Petsmart on victory drive doesn't even have a roof. The units are open. Finally I found this place! I have a climate controlled unit that is easily accessed by driving up to the access door and putting in my unique code. It's got a light timer so no waste of electricity. The front gates are open from 7 am to 8 pm according to Google but I thought the guy that signed me up for my unit said it was open while the office was open which is 9 am to 5 pm. Daily. I haven't ever tried to visit my unit other during this time so I'm not sure. My unit went up in price recently, but is still cheaper than my Life Storage unit. I haven't experienced any issues. The buildings are elevated so the units seem to be high enough off the ground to prevent flooding.

I have used several storage facilities over the last 20 years all over Tennessee and Georgia. My first pleasant was with Thunderbolt storage in 2011. I moved out in 2012 and a couple years later rented from their sister property across the street, Victory Drive Storage. I have moved out and back in several times now and wouldn’t use any other storage facility. They even have a moving truck with a dolly and all the moving blankets that they let their customers use for free on moving day!!! The employees have always been honest and I’ve never had any problems with being overcharged or not receiving my deposit back in a timely manner. This is the only storage company I would ever recommend.This review is long overdue.That you Victory Drive Self Storage for making the relocation process so darn easy!!!

I tried calling all the storage lockers in my area and this was by far the best price around. The service was also phenomenal. John was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience so easy. As customers we felt valued and it relieved a lot of the stress around this part of the move. They even have a MOVING VAN customers can lend for free for the day, just having to handle gas. The space itself is clean and simple to get to and the hours of access are great. I don’t usually write reviews but this place needs recognition!!

Very clean spaces and organized well they used space very well in their design of the buildings. And it seemed safe. The gate was open however so anyone could enter.

Ii went today to help my friend who had her mother’s precious belongings packed , I had never been to any place as such, if I ever have to do such task where I had to put things of great value and or sentiment this will be the place I would chose these one. Well secured, shirt of security guards with guns. Jpb

I'm a return customer to Victory Drive Self Storage, and that should speak for itself. However, you should also know how clean, safe, and most of all, organized this business is. Tom is kind, polite, and professional. He explains everything in detail and doesn't hesitate to drive you around in the golf cart to look at multiple units before you decide. The free use of the moving truck is an added perk! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, don't bother shopping around. This place is top-notch!
