I have been coming here on and off for over 6 years. Mostly because the location is convenient and there is always a tech available and minimum wait. Today was the last time I will ever set foot into this place. I’ve had OK jobs done and great jobs as well. LiLi (LeeLee (sp)) was a new tech and that is who I saw today, not only was she disgustingly RUDE but she did a horrible job! The manager offered a very phony apology I guess because my business doesn’t matter to them because they know people will continue to patronage their business because of their location and the fact that they always have techs available. Based on the horrible reviews this place consistently gets, I truly do hope it goes out of business.

I’ve been going to this nail place off and on for years. They have a lot of different colors which has been bringing me back a lot recently. On Thursday I went in to get a pedicure. I let the manager at the front know that I have acrylic on my toes so that he could put me with someone that knows how to do acrylic. The tech he put me with took the acrylic off my toes without asking me and then charged me a removal fee. I didn’t want the acrylic removed, I just wanted a fill. Also one of the techs that didn’t have a guest he was working on was sitting in a chair next to me, scrolling on his phone with his volume turned all the way up. I tried to calmly express my disappointment in my service with the manager, but he kept rolling his eyes at me and interrupting me. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

We had 3 adult pedicures and 1 child pedicure. All of our nail techs were FANTASTIC, but I only got my techs name, Chris, and he was great! He took his time, gave a good massage and even fixed one of my toes after my 2yo granddaughter stepped on it and messaged it up. In addition to that my 8yo granddaughter didn't like her toenail polish after they were completely painted and her nail tech completely redid them without any complaints or negative comments/looks, which I greatly appreciated, because my granddaughter never complains. I don't understand the negative reviews on here, because we all had a perfect experience today. They were very busy, but we didn't wait a really long time and this is definitely going to be our new go to nail salon!

Gel Mani - was done with care and time. The technician ensured a few times I was happy with my nails.

This is the only salon that honors my request for "preppy" nails, despite the language barrier. I love this place! It's always clean and beautiful!

I used to come here often, and the experience was always ok. Not amazing, but never anything I was concerned about. Over the past year, this place has gotten truly horrible when it comes to customer service, the way the staff treat the customers, and the actual quality of work. While the pedicures are still ok (again, not amazing), I will never come here again. The last 3 times I've gotten SNS, within a week it was chipping. The last 2 times, the set began peeling on the sides within 2 weeks. This most recent time that resulted in multiple nails basically being able to be popped loose like press on nails, and others that were getting water trapped underneath them when I would shower. I've never seen this happen anywhere else I've gotten SNS from. This is a HUGE health risk, as getting moisture trapped in between a fake nail and your real nails will create a fungal infection. Please avoid this place!

Love this salon. Started coming here last summer after going to the nail salon across the street in the Publix shopping center for a few years. The service and people here are so much more friendlier at great prices in a very relaxed atmosphere. You don’t have the techs talking to each other over you. My preferred tech is Tom. Tom’s the best. He’s personable, very attentive and does excellent work.

Great place for gel, tips and pedi's. My favorite person is Tom. He's very skilled at his craft and does an amazing gel deluxe pedicure and full set. The only downside would be the staff could be a bit pushy and aggressive around adding additional services.

DO NO COME HERE! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Main issue was the woman in charge (idk if owner or manager). My pedi was finished and she told me I had 5 mins to sit and air dry. I got regular polish and didn’t think they were dry so I said I’d sit longer. The woman who did my nails came to tell me I had to leave. It was 5:48pm and they didn’t close until 6pm. I said I’d sit to be sure my nails dry. She went back to the owner and I could see she had an attitude but I was not leaving until my nails were dry after paying almost $40 off a pedi. The woman who did my pedi was preparing to leave and the owner told her with an attitude that I wouldn’t leave so (my tech) wasn’t leaving. She’s saying all this where I can hear her. Mind you, this woman still had someone in her chair! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a salon.Additionally, the woman doing my pedicure was nice but seemed inexperienced. She cut my toe nail so far she cut the skin, and it still hurts an hour later. I chose the basic pedi (at $31) and expected them to do the basic foot scrub. She scrubbed the heel of my foot and when I asked her to do a different area, she said it really wasn’t included and that’s why she had asked if I wanted a different pedicure package. I had to pay extra for any type of foot scrub. Never been to a salon where they don’t do the basic foot scrub. I didn’t opt for the callus remover because I don’t have calluses, I just wanted what should be included (and usually is) in a basic pedicure package.Awful salon, will not return.

We came in kind of close to close, about 45 min before close, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Our party of three did manicures and pedicures. We had six people helping us, and received excellent manicures and deluxe pedicures and were done in 45 minutes. Thank you Nail Care Spa! I'll be back :)

This place terrible. Dry nail polishes in the front, dirty towels, machines covered in trash bags surround you while getting your service. The opposite of a relaxing experience. And my manicure was poor, this pic is from the day after- tried to have them fix at the time but even that didn’t work and the tech was annoyed I asked. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else.Service: Manicure
