Emily, the x-ray technician was great. She listened to me and help me get my x-rays done without gagging. I love the little technique that she did to help me get through all my x-rays on my mouth. She went above and beyond her job and made me feel very comfortable I definitely will ask for Emily , if I have to have x-rays done on my mouth again

The worst hygienist exam I have ever had. Treated my mouth as if it had no feeling, and didn't show remorse when I said IT IS HURTING BAD. It hurt so bad, she brought tears to my eyes, and didn't care.

They had very poor service, I came there for a cleaning I couldn’t even get the cleaning because they went to other topics, They kept naming out stuff that I didn’t need at the time.

Not very many friendly people in the establishment. I took my daughter for a checkup and cleaning, because they are the only one that would accept new patients. Not knowing they were going to find everything in the world wrong with her mouth. But no cavities. My daughter says they are not friendly

This review is for the last two appts that were a week apart at the Statesboro office. I transferred my acct to this office since this office is closer and is now accepting new clients.A week ago I came to this office for my initial visit, here. I made the appt with this office via telephone call and confirmed the appt with this office via their office appt text reminder. I showed up on time for my appt a week ago. They tell me they do not have me scheduled and asked me to come back 3 hours later. I told them I could not come back (I live out of town.) and showed them the appt text message where I confirmed the date's appt with their office. I waited and waited in the waiting room. I was finally called back an hour later. I saw the dental hygienist Lynn. She was friendly and informative. After checking me out she scheduled my next appt for a cleaning, for today's date.Several days out from today's appt I began recieving appt reminders. The 1st reminder I got for today's appt had a different time than what was written on my appt card. I called the office and spoke with someone. She stated she did not know the reason for the change but would call me back. I never recieved a call back. Instead, two days later I recieve another reminder (same as before just the wrong time again). I decided to just confirm the appt. I did not call the office because it was the weekend. So today, while I am getting ready to come to my appt, I recieve another appt reminder text. This appt reminder text has a different date than today's appt. I called the office about the matter and was told to come today at the appt time I confirmed already.I show up today for my appt and I sign in on time. I sit and wait. Finally the front desk person looks at me and ask if I have an appt. At this time, I was the only person in the waiting room. One has to question the reason for a sign in sheet if you do not use it. She called me to the desk and I paid in advance for today's service.I finally get called back to a room 30 minutes after my appt time. The hygienst greets me. Then, she tells me she has to step out to get some tools. TWENTY minutes later she reappears. At this point it had been 50 minutes past my appt time. I understand emergencies. However, this office has several hygienst so I do not understand the delay in being called back to been seen. Then, having to wait another 20 minutes for the hygienist to get tools.Finally, the cleaning is complete. I expected a dentist to come double check the hygienist work. I have never had a cleaning where the dentist did not come in after the hygienist finished, to check out everything. But there was none to be seen today.Come on guys! You have got to do better. I ran a business before I retired several years ago. Customer service is important. Your client's time is valueable. One can not help but to wonder how many appt screw ups have been made by your appt system or front office people. One has to wonder how many people never reschedule with your office due to appt delays. Really guys you need to check into your appt system, your check in process, and your workers time management.

The dentistry is fine, but everything else is the worst. They canceled two appointments without notice. It's March, but I just got a bill for services in spring and summer that they could not or would not submit directly to insurance. I went to Thomas Dental on my previous insurance, and I wish they were on my new insurance.

Very prompt service & all the staff was very friendly. Getting my new smile so much quicker than anywhere else I've been. Also, they have very good payment plans. Highly recommend them.

Since my mom brought her dentures, she have not worn the bottom dentures because they do not fit her gumline properly. The one side is too small and they will not adjust without her paying more money. She's a senior and on a budget. We are not going to give them more money on poor product. These supposed to last for a few years but not the case. I thought dentures was going to help my mom eat more and feel more confident with a smile. Not the case. I hope no one else parent is going through this. They should have made sure she walked out with a smile not dentures in a container. Not good.

I have been trying to get appointments for myself and my daughter who has have fillings falling out. I have left numerous messages. No one will call me back or her. Now I have pain in my jaw. The appointments keep changing because the hours keep changing. I didn’t know this business had fluctuating hours!!! It’s ridiculous!!
