Worst experience I’ve had at a dental office. I am a college student and this had been the first time I’ve gone to an apt without my parents. I have clinic anxiety and they certainly made it worse. The reception staff was snooty and unfriendly. I did not feel welcome in the slightest. Seemed to be very bothered by any questions I had. I had an apt to have a gingivitis cleaning (or something like that) and was charged $150 for a 15 minute service!! All the lady did was scratch

My appointment was super early for my denture set up.Also while there everyone was very professional ,respectful and so friendly.Clarice who done my mold was very cool and friendly and made me feel relaxed, settled and at home .She did a awesome job all the wayaround. Kudos to her and the staff there.Also the lady in the office made things easy to understand and was also super nice.This Aspen office in Statesboro , GA deserves 2 Big thumbs up and a big high 5 !!!

Zhayla is excellent. She has a great personality. She explained everything to me before doing so. I was highly satisfied with everything she done ! She was very fast and friendly . We need more people like zhayla.

I'm a new patient to Aspen Dental, and so far I'm very impressed with their care. This is the first time I've seen a dentist in 11+ years (I just got dental insurance) and they make it comfortable for people that are uneasy with it. The dentists and technicians I've had explained all the procedures to me, and even recommended me to an oral surgeon on Day 1 so I can take care of my wisdom teeth early. I enjoy that they're upfront about their costs and care.

Such a pleasant visit and staff at Aspen Dental. All staff was personable and cheery but Zhayla was so amazing and helpful. She was friendly, explained everything she was doing to calm my nerves, and made this dental visit so pleasant and easy. Happy to have such great professionals nearby.

I made an appointment for me and my son and had to wait three months to get it. I needed a cap and he needed cavities filled. We checked in and waited 30 min to get seen. They did numerous xrays and an exam and sent us to a room to talk about what it would cost. It was way more than what was quoted on the website because website quote is for metal and amalgams. It is still cheaper than a regular dentist office. My son and I have to come back two more times to get the cap done and the cavities filled. I liked the dentist and she knew what she was doing. I am very satisfied with the cap. The dental assistant who helped with the temporary cap was very rough and my mouth was sore after the visit. The permanent cap visit was great. I appreciate that they have appointments as early as 7:00 am and after 5:00 pm so I don't miss so much work.
