The statesboro location always goes above and beyond to care for my jewelry needs. Anytime I go into the store everyone is super friendly. They always clean my jewelry for me with no issue. I only have great things to say about Kay’s!

I went in just a few days ago, and had a wonderful experience. I was only in for sizing a few rings I owned, but the customer service was great. I dealt with Jess and she was a very kind and understanding person. Thank you guys for your help!

Ok after seven months I thought I would give them another try. My band on a watch I purchased from them needed repair. The young lady with blond hair advised she would have to ship it to Bulova.I went a few doors down to Tresure Box and the gentleman repaired it quickly and did not charge me because I had all of the pieces.

Went in to get a battery replacement on my Bulova, in which I have a plan that provides lifetime batteries. I was advised by the manager that their tool gave up the ghost. Bernard's Jewelers used a different tool and replaced the battery for a nominal fee.My concern is that this is the second time that I went to that location for service on a timepiece that was purchased at Kay, and they did not have the necessary tools, and or desire to assist. Previously, the band had an issue. They were unable to render assistance, I had to go to Treasures a few doors down for assistance.Concerned about the lack of technical assistance.Dr. G

My aunt and I visited Kay in Statesboro mall to have my rings inspected and cleaned/polished. Kuddos to our jewelry consultant, Kennijah! He was courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. In fact he serviced my jewelry so beautifully that my aunt decided to have hers cleaned/polished as well!

I've always had excellent experiences at Kay's, whether I'm buying something or having to return something. The store assistants are always very friendly and helpful, and when a necklace kept breaking, there was never a problem getting my warranty honored and repairs or replacements.

There is a reason the first 3 (and only) reviews to this business is ONE star. Definitely do not come to the Kay jeweler at the Statesboro mall, all you get is attitude and poor quality jewelry. If you like Kay jewelers I highly recommend driving the 45 minutes to the location in Pooler. The Store manager Ashley cares nothing about the client but just making a sale and Assistant Manager Emily has more attitude than that tiny store can handle. 10/10 would not recommend. When you spend money on jewelry you deserve to be treated with respect!

Bought an engagement ring here, the band has split many times, been sent off many times, i will never buy from this place again. Waste of money.
