Manager Drammond need to be fired not only did he refuse me due to not wanting to open the commercial register but he also did it and a disgusting way. Come here often even after commercial hour and never ran into this issue. New management is highly needed.

I visited Autozone and I was assisted by Amir. He has excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable and professional. The store was very maintained. because of him, I will be returning to this location for all my future purchases! I highly recommend asking for Amir the store manager.

I’ve been a regular at AutoZone #986, and I can’t say enough good things about Riley, the ASM! Every time I come in, he’s always super friendly and willing to help. He doesn’t just point me in the right direction—he takes me right to the part I need. If they don’t have it in stock, Riley goes the extra mile to make sure I know exactly where I can find what I’m looking for. His customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend!

Every time I've been going to this AutoZone at this location I've had alright to positive experiences with great customer service, Sometimes I get a car battery from this location when I need a new one and so far this time when getting a new car battery the customer service clerk went the extra mile to remove the old battery then installed a new car battery along with adding anti-rust-corrosion grease on the connectors to keep any long-run problems from happening with the connectors on the battery.
If I happen to order something online they will have it ready for pickup when arrive at the store or Ship to home when that option is available.
