This is the worst minute clinic I've ever visited. The black woman treating me kept shaking as she stuck the needle in my arm and it fell out while I bled all over the floor. She claims that she had been doing this for years but could barely even find my vein let alone take blood samples properly. I will never return here and I strongly recommend going somewhere else especially for a service that requires needles.

After several visits, I have found this pharmacy to be below average. The employees at this pharmacy appear to be overwhelmed. Wait times are long. At times, the pharmacist seems irritated. The automated phone system does NOT align with reality when determining if a prescription is ready.

Assist customers who stand in line the order they stand in line. Yes, some customers are \\\"waiting\\\", but others were not permitted to wait and were told to come back the next day. When I tried to explain this to the pharmacist on duty, he did not care and was extremely insulting. He believed it was ok to give some customers bad service and others good service, that some of his customers were more important to him than others. I will never return again. If my insurance didn't require to use CVS specialty I would never set foot in a CVS again

Ruth was not helpful and did not help me with my return refused to give me her district managers name. Awful store, service, and not respective of CVS! Don't bother going here! take 10 min and go to Cumming or Suwanee CVS.

COVID testing - BEWARETheir sign are quite confusing. They have 2 types of COVID, on site and by the drive through. If you sign up, that would be the drive through.However, the first sign tells you to park your car in the 2 COVID testing place which are actually on site, so, if you have not gotten your coffee, you might wait a while before realizing that you are at the wrong place. I tell (kind of yell too, sorry) that to the manager but he did not seem to care much. I will not expect any improvement in the signing.In Short, go straight to the drive through.

Nice store layout with a Minute Clinic available. Pharmacist was extremely helpful in directing me to over-the-counter back pain solutions. Thank you!

New store, worse store. 1) The minute clinic takes up 1/4 of the store now but they still only staff it with one physician, so the waits are still 3 hours. In fact, my wife went today and the computer said the wait was 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later, she was seen. She got a prescription and was told it was prioritized since she used the Minute Clinic. Their estimate was 10-15 minutes, but that was FOUR HOURS AGO. Who knows the reasoning? Who cares? 2) The staff has tripled, but self-checkout is mandatory. Do they know the average age of their customer? I'm paying 40% more for items and I have to check myself out? 3) Want change for a $20 at this "convenience store"? You can't. The staff literally says they can't give you a dollar for 4 quarters. "The money is in the checkout machines. You can ask for cash back." 4) They did a total remodel, yet the sign out front is still old and weathered touting the drive through pharmacy. It's literally the worst and slowest pharmacy that exists. Here's how much this pharmacy sucks: daughter screaming with double ear infection, they need to mix the amoxicillin and call when it's ready, that's fine. TWO HOURS LATER, I get the automated call that it's ready. I show up at the drive thru and they wait on someone else for 15 minutes. After I pull forward, they walk away, don't acknowledge me, and don't come back for TEN minutes. I give them my information and guess what...it's not ready. They take 5 minutes to do it while I wait there and give it to me without apology and without an ounce of urgency. Let this place go out of business. But yes, the aisles now face a different direction and the carpet is new. Good job CVS!

Great customer service I came in to find something to help my two year old with her allergies and decided to ask the pharmacist for his advice. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. He helped me to find the most natural product I could use since my daughter is only two. Also the manager assisted in helping locate a couple items as well he was nice too.

Shockingly poor service EVERY single time. I am hard pressed to think of an establishment that offers a worse "shopping" experience. If I was on fire and was hoping for urgent attention I think I would have been fully consumed by the flames before they look up from the counter to simply acknowledge my meer existence. I suspect they would want to just get rid of me ASAP so I don't ruin their filthy outdated carpets, or accidentally "pep" up the all around miserable vibe.
