I am having some kitchen remodeling done and needed a portion of a countertop removed. The guys did an amazing job. The counter looks perfect, like it has always been just that way. They brought in my new range from the garage (no easy task) to make sure it fit perfectly where the counter had been cut. And they worked really hard to clean up all the dust and stuff after they were done. They were very polite.

DO NOT USE THEM ! Gave them a very small project two do (2 end tables) Was told it would take up to 2 weeks to get it done. After week 3 of not hearing from them , I stopped by and was told it would be done that weekend….2 more weeks went by and After week 5 , I just went and got my tables back…. Didn’t seem to phase them at all that they didn’t make it a priority……

Counterpart installed quartz in our master and guest bath. We had spent no less than an hour deciding exactly which parts of the slab we wanted to use. We marked it up with painters tape and sent them photos. They did it however they wanted. Actually it came out very nice so I have no real complaint there.My complaint is with the small top in the guest bath. They installed the sink I had shipped to them. We had the faucet at the property for when they came to do the install. They drilled the holes for the faucet so close to the back of the countertop that you cannot get your fingers in there to use the stopper rod. Don't even think about cleaning behind the faucet. When we have guests I have to explain that they have to push the stopper down with their hand but then should be able to use the rod to empty the sink.I called and told this to Faith and she said that is just how it is sometimes. I can't believe she would put up with this in her home. We had to purchase an entire slab so I am sure they had enough material left to redo the sink correctly.Otherwise the workmanship and people were great. Bottom line, I probably would not use them again if this is how they resolve problems.

Only counter top company I ever recommend.The team at counterparts is top notch. Have never had a complaint from any of my clients. Doug and Faith are outstanding!!!

I had an issue that Counterparts refused to resolve. They appear to be nice and somewhat professional; but if anything goes wrong, look out. Not only will they not solve the problem, they will treat you like you are the problem. I’m having to go somewhere else - and pay again - because I have two different colors of countertops in my kitchen. They are a nightmare.
