BenchMark was recommended by my orthopedic doctor for a frozen shoulder. With the help of the Keith Dunbar I was able to regain much of my range of motion. I also have learned skills and techniques that will carry me forward, as I continue with home exercises.Many thanks to all the staff of professionals at BenchMark.

The entire staff on Wilmington Island is PHENOMENAL! I’ve never needed physical therapy before & was quite skeptical, but their program allowed me to heal quickly and get back to my normal routine. The environment is cheerful, and encouraging! It was a pleasure to witness the compassion, patience and 1:1 personal attention given to every patient! That’s such a rare experience these days! I will most definitely return to this location for any PT needs in the future! GREAT JOB!!!

The last two times I went, I was in excruciating pain. Therapist was indifferent. I cried for the entirety of these sessions. I don't remember her name but she is the tall, thin brunette. Come to find my top rib was out of place and pushing on my brachial plexus nerves causing the intense pain. Found this out after I found a different pt. Maybe they could have helped if a student wasn't the one who had anything to do with touching my body? I don't know.

I was prescribed a physical therapy regimen of lumbar Mackenzie exercise from an orthopedic surgeon. Mark at Benchmark executed a plan to eliminate the suspected culprit ; piriformus syndrome where the piriformis muscle irritates the sciatic nerve and causes pain in the butt radiating down the leg. I couldn't sleep or sit for more than 2 hours. I attended the clinic for 10 sessions and continued the exercises via the MedBridge GO app he provided me. I wasn't diligent with the app but after not getting relief after the 3rd week of therapy I worked hard on continuing the regimen at home. I was so discouraged because the symptoms didn't subside after all this work. One week after completing my sessions and continuing the home exercise I'm ecstatic to say the pain disappeared. I'm grateful to Mark for his expertise in the therapy plan and instruction and highly recommend he and his team.
