Don't ever use this place for your pets!! The management is horrible. They don't care about the well being of the pets that board or the ones that come in for medical care. The medical care/treatment is terrible. All they care about is profiting and taking as much money as possible. The place is unorganized and chaotic, it's ridiculous. I highly recommend seeking another place for care for your pets! This place is awful and is poorly ran. I really hope they start to make improvements otherwise the place will not last much longer, which would be too bad for the pets/patients that deserve the best care. If you want good care for your pets, do not go here!

The care I received from the overnight team was excellent. From my initial call to arriving, they handled my Weimaraner with care and calmness given the urgency of the situation. Their pricing is fair, and they are very transparent and provide great service.

Yes it was definitely towne lake. Yes I did ask for nail grind. Yes it was a month ago. $45+ tip, Heart warm test, and heart warm pill. Over $100 and rocky was never groomed at all. That young man never touched rocky. You just took my money, because he definitely never groomed my baby! That's the way you Democrats are. So no I didn't say anything, because I knew it would be a waste of time to complain about you stealing my money.... l will never bring rocky to towne lake, ever again all you want is people's money. I would definitely recommend that people don't ever bring your pet here for anything. This place is terrible, pitiful, unprofessional, thief's. DON'T!

Very good service! I got there and immediately was brought to a room and my dog was looked at. Appointment took less than an hour and everyone was friendly. The appointment and medication was at a a good reasonable price.

They saved Mellie, our miniature dachshund's life after she had been attacked by a pit bull! There's not enough words to express our thanks to the vets and staff of Animal Hospital of Towne Lake. Thanks to them so much for saving our baby!

my dog brought in for a head wound. waiting FIVE hours. then seen in the lobby for five seconds, given a $1066 estimate to sedate and clean out. agreed. 12 hours later he had not had the procedure. kept in a kennel. each time I called was told he's next ect. or sorry we've been busy with other emergencies. this is just unacceptable and I question the treatment route at this point. drive the 45 mins to VEG. it's worth it. zero stars. This money making factory does not care about you or your pet. Run.

I brought my AmStaff in on a Friday night after he fell hard on his left hip from losing his footing on the laminate floor. He wouldn't put any weight down on the leg so I called and brought him in. They did see us right away which was nice, told the tech everything that I've been seeing and asked if it could be a luxating patella (previous dog had same issue so I knew the signs). Dr. Wilson did a less than 5 minute exam on my dog bc he was walking around semi normal bc of his nerves, barely acknowledging me and what I was asking, she felt around his knee and said it was a sprain and sent us home with pain meds. Next week I bring him to my vet and she runs X-rays, come to find out it's a luxating patella from injury and he could have torn the ligament holding his patella in place. Now he has to go see an orthopedic surgeon. If you want to pay $185 for a cheap exam and misdiagnosis, be my guest but I won't take my dog here ever again.

They have treated my dog so well in the 2 times I had to take him there. Their staff is so understanding and kind. They are a great emergency vet.

To the staff here, nurses, doctors and whoever else I'm leaving out, thank you. From the bottom of my and my wife's heart thank you. The staff here genuinely cares and takes every step necessary to watch after your pet and stay in constant contact with updates. Our little man Ringo had a two day hospital stay here (starting at around 1:00am on a Monday) and we couldn't be happier to have him back home and doing well. This establishment is to be trusted and I am personally so thankful for their efforts and professionalism. Thank you all again but I hope I don't see you soon!

They have been our vets for years now they're always helpful, patient and friendly. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it seems like there's a lot of turnover because every time we come there we meet people we haven't met before. This could also be coincidental but still, it's nice to deal with the same person rather than a different person each time.

I came here tonight with my pup to see about a spot bleeding by her eye. She is a bigger dog and owner aggressive, so I worried about how she would be handled. The staff were so kind and gentle with her and helped figure out a way to hand her off without her being upset or anxious. They didn’t even charge me to look at her eye (it was just a scratch, but still). I’m so grateful for their kindness and patience. I will bring my dog here again!

Great doctors and wonderful communication. It was determined that my dog has a Cushing dease diagnosis, which was fully explained to me.

I've been taking my fur-babies (dogs) here for approximately 25 years. The doctors and other staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
