If I could put 0 starts I would. They have made extreme and serious mistakes and I would not trust them with anything I need anymore. Finding a different location, highly considering changing banks.

All I needed to do was make a small cash deposit, wish I had my bank card but i didn't, so I had to go inside to make the deposit. Jasmine, the teller, was VERY slow! And not to mention very unfriendly, not even a smile. I'm glad I have an account with chase bank because I will never make deposits at this or any other bank of America ever again!

I was on the phone call with Bank of America to set up the auto payment, they are not able to figuring it out how I can set up the auto payment for my statement balance. I am the customer of the bank of America for so long and having hundreds of thousands of dollar sitting in the bank and paying the penalty because of not able to pay credit card bill payment on the time.
It simply because of the take down the auto payment feature from my bank account.

Being at busy spot, It is highly understaffed location. No matter what day and time you go there, you have to wait for a long time to get your service done. Even there was no crowd, hardly one person will be there to service you after 10 minutes, which is really weird. you can hardly see 1 or 2 person in the service counter. Person who is at helpdesk advise you to go to nearby branch. Being one of the branded banking service, i am really surprised and disappointed the way they are understaffed in this busy area.

I was discriminated over there.
I went in the morning and two women were unable to resolve my request. The last one told me that I had to bring my other phone. I went home to look for the phone, and when I returned, a third woman answered the phone and told me that since I had already spoken to two people in the morning, they could not help me today!

This location closes at 4 thumbs down. This location closed its drive thru tellers, another thumbs down, very disappointed with lack of customer service.
