Formal Complaint Regarding Unethical Practices and Overcharging I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the services provided by this establishment, ****** located at the corner of ************** and ******************************************** in *********, **. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, leading me to believe that I have been subjected to unscrupulous practices and overcharging. The issue with my vehicle was a cranking problem, which I believed would be a straightforward and reasonably priced repair. As a customer who is actively studying to become a mechanic, I was shocked to discover that the problem was a simple hose replacement. The total cost for this minor repair should have been well under a hundred dollars, yet I was charged an exorbitant amount of nearly $800.Furthermore, I entrusted the Auto shop with my vehicle in September, anticipating a timely resolution. However, I did not receive my car back until February of the following year, an unacceptable delay that significantly inconvenienced me. This prolonged period without my vehicle was not only an inconvenience but also raised questions about the efficiency and professionalism of this establishment. Moreover, upon reviewing the itemized charges, I realized that I was billed for numerous services and parts that were unnecessary for resolving the initial issue. This leads me to believe that It was an intentionally clear case of dishonest and unethical behavior.I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with potential consumers in the interest of protecting them from falling victim to what I perceive as unscrupulous practices at your establishment. Therefore, I strongly advise others to exercise caution and refrain from doing business with ***** on Bells Ferry Rd.

Total scammers. For a coolant leak they quoted me $1,600. When I asked why they were changing the spark plugs, they said $1,200 without spark plugs. I paid them the $70 diagnostic fee and took my car to a real mechanic. There was one hose that needed to be replaced. The cost = $315Please help put scammers like these out of business.

Needed some basic brake light replacement. Pretty much were able to fix it on the spot. They ordered a bulb that needed to be delivered and that was delivered in about 10 minutes. Great experience

Great people! Worked on my truck myself and the stupid sensors went crazy. They got me in right away double check the work got the sensors working in less than an hour. Would highly recommend them! Especially when they fix your do it yourself screw ups.

Everyone at C & T were wonderful to work with! We had an issue with our battery connection and it was fixed on the spot! No pressure, very honest and we would recommend them every time! John explained C & T’s philosophy. He shared “There are places and mechanics that are in it to just make money and take advantage of what people don’t know… And then there are mechanics that truly want to see the car run again” I couldn’t agree more! Kind, professional and honest. Thanks for everything guys!Services: Electrical

First if there were a selection of no stars I would have picked that one. I brought my car in the morning with 2 issues. 1 that the tire pressure sensor is missing (which from the manual might mean it needs a battery) and 2 my windshield washer fluid reservoir is leaking. They called me in the afternoon to pick it up and that it was ready.I’m assuming they changed the oil but neither of the 2 issues were addressed or fixed. They said their technician left early and made no notes or communicated with anyone and that he doesn’t answer phone calls if called.I now have a full tank of windshield washer fluid that will leak all over the garage and the tire pressure sensor is still missing.I have been using this auto service for years (at least 5) and maybe there is a staff change, but I have never left paying for my car to be fixed and neither of the 2 issues I came in with were addressed at all.C & T… I am sorry but I won’t be taking my car there anymore and will be finding a new auto shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

would give negative stars if I could. We've never had a worse customer service experience or financial loss in our entire lives--we've owned cars for 32+ years. Complete incompetence and no remorse for numerous mistakes, which were confirmed by the next mechanic who had to clean up after them.

If I could give negative stars..... broke more than they repaired.Kept my truck 9 days for an oil leak and radiator leak. When I finally got it back after 7 days, the new radiator leaked the front seal on the engine was leaking as well. They broke the A/C while doing the repair. Vehicle was nasty with fi ger prints and grease all over the engine and body. Had to spend 10 bucks high pressure washing the truck to even get it driveable. These folks are expensive, uncaring and clueless. I called to speak with the "owner" twice. Spoke to Jordan who was just as lost as the guy in Woodstock. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Already told 50 people about my experience....Services: General repairs & maintenance

We have used C&T for years, supporting a Woodstock business and frankly the service had been quite good. However, over the past few years, the service has fallen off and continued to slip. We have had C&T miss a recall when performing a pre-purchase inspection (cost me $1000 after purchase to correct); upcharge me more than originally quoted because a different person was at the counter; and, not properly repair an oil sensing element/line that ruptured while 200 miles from home. Recently, we had AC/Heater issues with our Infiniti. After initial work, the system still did not work and C&T could not fix it because they could not replicate the intermittent failure. Should have been corrected properly the first time.

Great people, brought my Nissan Quest in for what I thought was a water pump. Turned out to be a cracked radiator. I bit spendy on the labor but turned the car around in a day so two thumbs-up.
