Bought me a 2008 Honda Fit (Blue) with 107k miles on it. Had one owner and was barely driven.First off, he let us inspect the vehicle and hung back, letting us know that if we had any questions, then he would answer. Not being pushy and being straightforward is a plus.They also offer free CarFax online or in person.The car listing was also removed the night of the sale, which is a plus for accurate listings.Got the car to the dealership after purchase and found $3300 in repairs needed to be done. I was expecting as much as most owners ignore critical repairs, but $3300 for 15 years of ownership comes out to $200/year in critical maintenance - that is unreal of a good deal.Flywheel, specifically, had replaced the 2 front tires and changed the oil. He let me test drive the vehicle after he got a photocopy of my driver's license, as well.The only issue I have had since purchase is a slow leak on my back, left driver side tire. The tag came in 3 weeks, and the title was confirmed to be sent out 2 weeks after the sale date (tag office confirmed). Flywheel did everything right on their end and gave me backup copies of all of the paperwork. In addition, he gave me a temporary tag that lasts 45 days (not the standard 30 days)At the end of the sale, he told me that the name of the company was based on a movie where a man changed his stripes and went from a crooked car dealership to an honest, trustworthy dealership. Knowing that should make you feel much better about shopping for a used vehicle at this location.

Poor customer service. Showed up at the lot around 4:00 and looked around for a minute. When I went inside I was not greeted, just told "we are closed". Open light on, Google says they're open until 6, but they were closed for the day by 4:15. And extremely rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.

5 stars isn't enough. Absolutely fantastic service here. There's no tricks there's no gimmicks. I bought a car off Mr. Andrew and he made it absolutely headache free and didnt pressure us to buy. The car market is a mess and it feels like everyone is trying to take advantage of you but not here. He sells for at least 2k below everyone else and that is something I can get behind. If I ever need a car again, I'm coming back here. 10/10 would recommendEdit: I forgot to mention they take care of getting the tag and other logistical headaches for you! We didn't even have to get the emissions done for this year!

This was my first car buying experience and it was made super simple with Andrew and their dealership. They provide carfaxes on all of their vehicles and are very helpful with answering any questions. I definitely recommend their dealership for purchasing a car at an affordable price.

* Edited: I would give zero stars if I could. They sold us a lemon! be very careful if you buy here. They get everything from auction. We did get it checked out but after a few days the car cannot be returned. Now we are up to almost $6000 in repairs for a car that was only $10,000. They assured us it was a great car but can’t judge a book by its cover. I definitely learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy from a place like this again. We could’ve purchased a much newer nicer car for our daughter by now. Now we either take the loss and get rid of it or sit and wait for the next repair. I’m too honest and would feel terrible selling this car to anyone else. We are definitely kicking ourselves for giving this place our money. You’ve been warned*Update to owner’s response:Yes we had it checked out but it wasn’t done after the first 3 days of purchase since it couldn’t be checked that soon and we were told if there’s were issues to let you know. There were issues and we were pretty much told too bad because we had already had it too long. Our mechanics did NOT tell us it was perfectly fine. That’s just not true. We did NOT ask for our money back to replace the lights that were out, which was actually $1200 since we knew when we bought it. You sold us a junk car and it’s our own fault. We should’ve never bought it and I just want to warn other people before they buy to make sure it’s worth it. It definitely was not for us. This car is a piece of junk. You made money and we’ve lost $1000’s. You win. Well done.

We stopped into this auto shop a few times, the second time on a cold and rainy day. Andrew was always very welcoming and answered all our questions. He let us drive 3 cars until we made our decision, My 20 year old son bought a car for the first time by himself and Andrew made it super simple. We were in and out from start to finish in under three hours (that includes our driving three cars and going to the bank to get a check). Can't ask for better than this! No haggling because the car was priced fairly and the process was a breeze. Thanks for the great service Andrew!Jeff & Nathan

? DO NOT COME HERE! My sister bought a car less then 30 days ago and the car has been in the shop for the last week and won’t run. 15k to fix, the car was sold to us with missing parts replaced with random parts. I asked respectfully if he could change it out and he refused. He tried to tell me someone stole the catylac converter. Instead I have proof that his place put a metal tube in place of where the converter should be. My sister is 18 and I find it crazy that dealerships get away with ripping people off. DO NOT GO HERE! (Dm me if you want to see proof prior to shopping here)

My experience with flywheel was great. Easy purchase easy test drive & have had my car for about a month and it’s made me really happy with its performance. Adam was a very easy going laid back salesman. No pressure just straight to the point and clear communication. Went to other dealerships and felt like I was just getting taken advantage of. Even after the purchase he’s been clear communication and held up all ends of the deal.
